Kevin Keith is the chief engineer of the Missouri Department of Transportation in Jefferson City, Missouri, a position he assumed July 1, 2001. As chief engineer, Keith coordinates MoDOT road and bridge design, and the construction and maintenance activities statewide. Keith has been Director of Planning, northwest district engineer and held jobs in construction, design and planning at the Central Office in Jefferson City as well as in the central, St. Louis and Springfield area districts. Highlights of his career include heavy involvement in the construction of the new Missouri River Bridge at Jefferson City and project manager of the Ozark Mountain Highroad.
