Tamiyoshi Iwasaki was appointed the Director at MODEC, Inc. in March 2006. He has more than 30 years of experience in the shipbuilding industry. He started his career at Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in 1970 and has an extensive background in the supervision of shipyards including Tamano Works and Chiba Works of Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. While being the Director at MODEC, he is also the Managing Director and the General Manager of Ship & Ocean Project Hq. at Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Tamiyoshi is a graduate of Kyushu University and holds a Bachelor's degree of Naval Architecture.

Toshiro Miyazaki took the position of the Corporate Auditor at MODEC, Inc. in March 2005. He started his career in 1972 when he joined Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. He has engaged in Accounting and Financing of the shipbuilding industry for more than 30 years. While being a Corporate Auditor at MODEC, he is also the Director at Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., being in charge of finance & accounting areas, IR Dept, and Public Relations Dept. Toshiro is a graduate of Keio University and holds a Bachelor's degree in business and commerce.
