Tony Garcia has served as chief technology officer since 2001. He has been with the Company from its inception. As CTO his focus is to organise all technology aspects of the business so they harness our existing assets and pave the way for future growth. He is responsible for evangelizing the technology vision, carrying forward new concepts, and investigating emerging technologies as potential components of current or future business. Prior to being CTO Tony was Director of Technology, responsible for the architecture and design of the Company's systems. Previous to the Company, he was director of technology and co-founded BeFirst Internet Corporation. Technology is not just a career for Tony, but a passion that started at a very early age. He was one of the first inductees into the Edison Young Inventors Program, named by the Edison Inventors Association. Tony has also won numerous state-wide awards for his inventions, related to computers and engineering.

Adam Poulter joined MIVA in October 2005. He has over twenty years sales, business development and general management experience with over nine years at CEO level in the media industry. Adam spent seven years at Carlton Communications Plc, where he developed the business model and led the US start up of cinema advertising network, Screenvision.

James David was appointed to Country Manager, France, in March 2005. He has been with the Company since March 2002, in the role of Sales Director. James is, in Internet terms, a veteran in online advertising. He has been involved in the online advertising market since 1995. Prior to joining the Company, James was Sales Director at AdLink Internet Media from 1999 to 2001. Between 1997 - 1999 he was Sales Director and co-founder of Accesite, one of France's first advertising networks where his clients included leading publishers such as Le Figaro, Investir and La Tribune. Previous positions also include Sales Director of Net Press (1996-1997) a subsidiary of the Lagardere Group.

John Pisaris is the general counsel for MIVA having previously served as vice president (from February 2004 to October 2004). Prior to joining the Company, John was a partner in the law firm of Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur LLP (from January 2002 to January 2004), a firm which he joined in 1993 as an associate. At Porter Wright, John practiced in the corporate and securities group and advised clients on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financings, securities offerings and securities compliance. John is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Hillsdale College.

Lee Simonson has served as the president of Simonson Associates, an independent consulting firm, since 2000, and as an adjunct professor of media management at the New York Institute of Technology since 2002. From 1996 to April 2000, he served as chairman and chief executive officer of Broadcasting Partners Holdings, L.P., which had controlling equity positions in five platform companies operating 38 radio stations in eleven markets. The stations were sold to Citadel Communications Corporation in April 2000. Lee was also co-founder, vice chairman and chief operating officer of Broadcasting Partners, Inc., a publicly traded radio broadcasting company that merged with Evergreen Media in 1995. He serves on the board of directors of TheaterMania.com a private Internet company, the March of Dimes (New York Division) and The Kids Foundation for Developmental Disabilities.

Chris is a founding Managing Director of Avtech Ventures. Chris has ten years domestic and international entrepreneurial experience building and managing technology ventures as well as investment experience identifying, executing and managing technology investments. After working at an advertising agency in Paris, France, he lived and worked in Japan for ten years, where as a General Manager of International Business Development at Sony, he spearheaded several technology, multimedia, Internet and new technology intrapreneurial and investment successes in Japan, the United States and Europe. In 1999, Mr. Rowan joined IRI (Japan), Japan's Internet technology and business building leader. He was a core member of the successful IPO team. After managing several successful investments and start up launches in Japan, he then founded IRI USA in 2000 to expand IRI's investment activity to the US. Mr. Rowan is a member of the Boards of Directors of Rebol Technologies, Miva Corporation, a leading e-commerce company and Sports-J, Japan's preeminent online sports information service, is an accomplished computer programmer in several languages and has extensive experience vetting various technological investments. Mr. Rowan received his BS (cum laude) in International Marketing from Santa Clara University and completed Sophia University's Japanese Language Institute graduate course in Japanese. He is literate, and conversationally and culturally fluent in Japanese.
