Graham Titterington is a consultant with Ovum Ltd, and is the editor of Ovum Evaluates: Software Testing Tools. Dr Mike Gilbert is a principal analyst at Ovum, specialising in legacy renewal and SOA. Mike brings 30 years of experience in the IT industry to bear on the subject of legacy. Paul Herzlich is a principal analyst at Ovum, specialising in software testing and software testing tools. With 35 years' experience in the IT industry, Paul has tracked the rising status of testing as a distinct IT discipline and has been a long-time champion of testing tools. His experience spans both consultancy and real testing practice. With Dorothy Graham, Paul compiled and edited the third and fourth editions of the CAST Report, a compendium of over 150 software testing tools. He now marshals his extensive knowledge of software testing and test automation products for the Software@Ovum service. As a consultant, Paul has advised many clients on test process improvement and on the effective and successful deployment of test automation. He was responsible for the original testing process in the Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM), an early agile development method. He has been a speaker at SQS Test Conferences in the UK and Germany, at the EuroStar testing conference and at meetings of the Specialist Interest Group in Software Testing of the British Computer Society (BCS SIGIST). Throughout his career, in parallel with his consultancy assignments, Paul has remained an active software testing practitioner. Paul now monitors the trends in software testing practices and the growth and directions in test automation. His recent reports for Ovum include the Annual Software Testing Tools Review, Software Test Outsourcing, Risk-based Testing, Testing for Agile Processes, The New Breed of Test Automation Products and Application Security Testing.

Pauline Trotter is a principal analyst specialising in enterprise communications, and is responsible for Ovum's research among enterprise users, from SMEs to large multinationals. She contributes to both the EnterpriseMobility@Ovum and IP-Enterprise@Ovum advisory services, most recently in the areas of fixed-mobile convergence, remote access and IP telephony. Since joining Ovum 11 years ago, Pauline has worked on a number of telecommunications consulting assignments, including benchmarking studies for enterprises and market strategy studies for suppliers. She has authored a number of Ovum reports on a variety of topics, including broadband services, fixed wireless access and mobile services. Pauline was responsible for managing Ovum's telecoms report line of business for several years and managed the European telecommunications user panel of multinational organisations. Before joining Ovum, Pauline worked for several years in the Space and Communications Division of LogicaCMG, where she carried out consultancy assignments for major multinationals and government bodies. She has worked in the telecoms industry since 1984. Pauline holds a BSc (Hons) and PhD from the University of London.

Peter advises on government and local government within the UK. He understands the public policies driving the use of technology in the public sector. He is currently following the Efficiency Programme, the Comprehensive Spending Review 2007, and local and regional government re-organisation as key drivers of shared services and business re-engineering. Peter has a specific focus on public-private partnerships as well as the funding, procurement and delivery of key information technology projects. Phil Codling is a principal analyst in Ovum's IT Services practice. As service manager for Holway@Ovum, he is responsible for coverage of the UK software and IT services (S/ITS) market and industry. Phil's personal areas of expertise and interest include the impact of global sourcing, the financial performance of S/ITS companies, strategies for competitiveness in a mature market and the convergence of telecommunications and IT. Since joining Ovum in 2002, Phil has worked closely with Ovum's customers on consulting projects and other engagements, including a major study of offshoring for the UK government, a number of bespoke projects on growth opportunities in the BPO market and a series of workshops advising a leading IT services provider on growth strategies for the UK. Phil regularly speaks at customer events and other conferences, and has been widely quoted in the business and trade press, including the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal Europe, the Economist and the Economic Times of India. Prior to joining Ovum, Phil spent three years with BT, where he held strategy and business development roles, including a year based in Silicon Valley, California, working on alliances and partnerships with technology firms. His analyst career began in 1996, when he joined another consultancy firm as an IT market analyst. Phil holds a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Bath and an MA in Film and Television from the University of London. He lives in West Sussex and is based at Ovum's Farnham office.

Rodrigo Barreto is a Senior Consultant at Ovum, based in London, and has over 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry with broad exposure to the Latin American and European markets.
