Eric Swank , 41, has served as our Chief Financial Officer since February 2009. Prior to joining us, Mr. Swank served as the Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Mobile Satellite Ventures (now SkyTerra Communications), a publicly-held, Reston, Virginia-based developer and supplier of mobile satellite communications services from November 2001 to April 2008. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Swank served in various positions, including Director, Corporate Development and Investor Relations, and Vice President, Corporate Planning and Investor Relations, at Motient Corporation (now TerreStar Corporation), a publicly-held, Reston, Virginia-based integrated mobile satellite and terrestrial communications network provider. Prior to joining Motient, from 1989 to 1994, Mr. Swank served as Director, Operations and Manager, Business Development for C-Tec Corporation, a diversified telecommunications holding company organized to hold Commonwealth Telephone Inc. and other non-regulated telecommunications businesses. Mr. Swank received a Bachelor s degree in Finance from King s College.

Scott Macleod has served as MSV's Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer since January 2006. On December 18, 2006 Mr. Macleod was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SkyTerra Communications, Inc. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Macleod was Managing Director responsible for Rothschild's North American Telecom practice. Randy S. Segal has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of SkyTerra Communications Inc. since April 2008. Additionally, she has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Mobile Satellite Ventures LP (now SkyTerra LP) since September 2004. Prior to her current position, Ms. Segal was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Hughes Network Systems (HNS), a subsidiary of The DirecTV Group. Additionally, Ms. Segal served on the HNS International Subsidiary Board of Directors. She has also served on the Board of Directors of XM Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: XMSR) and MSV. Prior to May 2001, Ms. Segal was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Motient Corp., a mobile internet and satellite communications company, with responsibility for strategic oversight of its merger, acquisition and financing activities, as well as all legal matters. Ms. Segal led Motient's spin-off of two new ventures: XM Satellite Radio and MSV. Ms. Segal is a graduate of Columbia Law School where she was a Kent Scholar. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Cornell University, where she was a Ford Foundation Research Grant recipient and National Honor Scholar. Ms. Segal practiced with the New York corporate law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton prior to joining Motient in 1992. She also served as a Federal Law Clerk in the U.S. District Court, the Southern District of New York, as well as in the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Ms. Segal teaches "Corporation Acquisitions" as an Adjunct Law Professor at George Mason Law School. She is also a frequent speaker on diverse business-legal topics for Georgetown Law School, the Association of Corporate Counsel (formerly, ACCA) and the American Conference Institute. Ms. Segal is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the National Association of Corporate Directors and the President's Council of Cornell Women.

Jim Wiseman has served as Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of SkyTerra Communications Inc. since August 2007. Additionally, he has served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Mobile Satellite Ventures LP (now SkyTerra LP) since August 2007. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Wiseman was Vice President and Worldwide Controller of MicroStrategy, Inc., a software developer focused on the Business Intelligence market both in the United States and internationally. Prior to joining MicroStrategy, Mr. Wiseman was Vice President of Corporate Finance of Discovery Communications, a cable television company with multiple networks both in the United States and internationally, including Discovery Channel, TLC, and Animal Planet. Also at Discovery Communications, Mr. Wiseman served as Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Reporting. Lon Levin develops and executes corporate strategy including finance, governance and marketing issues. Mr. Levin was the co-founder of XM Satellite Radio, the first U.S. digitial satellite radio service that now is a leading example of how to create a new space-based business. He also played integral roles in the creation and development of Mobile Satellite Ventures, XM Canada, American Mobile Satellite Corporation, and TerreStar Networks. Mr. Levin serves on the Board of Directors of the Space Foundation and the International Association of Space Entrepreneurs, the Board of Governors of the National Space Society, and was a founding board member of the Satellite Industry Association. Mr. Abbruzzese co-founded C&TA with the intention of changing the way restructuring advisory services are provided to and perceived by creditors in distressed situations. From August 1991 until August 1999, Mr. Abbruzzese was the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CAI Wireless Systems, Inc., a MMDS operator located in Albany, NY. CAI Wireless was acquired by WorldCom, Inc. in August 1999. Since CAI, Mr. Abbruzzese has been actively involved in several telecommunications companies through C&TA and its affiliate Communication Technology Advisors Inc., as well as through several private investments. With a proven track record for creating value, Mr. Abbruzzese is often called upon by C&TA's clients to provide strategic planning and advice for near and long-term growth prospects. Mr. Abbruzzese is a recognized expert on wireless satellite technologies and has appeared before Congress and at the FCC in connection therewith. In addition to advising several telecommunications and wireless companies, Mr. Abbruzzese currently is Director of Tejas Incorporated, C&TA's corporate parent, and is a member of the board of directors of Mobile Satellite Ventures LP, North America's premier provider of mobile satellite communications services.
