Modtech is a leading manufacturer of modular buildings and provides a variety of modular structures. In the residential segment, we focus on multifamily projects including town homes, apartments and condominium complexes. In addition to modular homes, Modtech provides temporary and permanent prefabricated buildings for other markets, including: education, commercial, healthcare, daycare and government. Modtech has completed thousands of projects throughout the US ranging from simple units to large, complete permanent complexes. Our buildings have been used for a variety of applications including healthcare clinics, school campuses, commercial office space, retail facilities and luxury residential. This vast experience over the last 25 years almost completely eliminates the "learning curve", improving quality and service. In addition, numerous internal resources allow Modtech to provide additional services. Modtecha s LEED Certified staff architect, engineering personnel and draftsmen help ensure every modular home meets the customer expectations from the beginning stages. Experienced project managers coordinate project construction and site preparation as well as oversee the final installation and completion. This continuity ensures the project transitions through the various processes smoothly. Modtech also offers comprehensive Design-Build services simplifying the process and reducing the time to occupancy.

Mr. Dennis L. Shogren, joined Modtech in June 2003 as its Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and was elected as President, Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and a Director in June 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Shogren held senior level positions at Haskel International from 2001 to 2003 and for Ameron International from 1997 to 2001, where he was responsible for corporate finance and reporting, manufacturing, engineering and support functions, with additional emphasis on lean manufacturing improvements. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Brockport.

Mr. Ronald Savona joined the Company in January 2003 as Director of Marketing and has served in various capacities since then. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and Corporate Officer of the Company. Mr. Savona has more than 30 years of experience in top management positions in the modular building and construction industry. From 2000 through 2002, Mr. Savona was Chief Executive Officer of Eco Building Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of modular buildings utilizing a patented glass fiber reinforced concrete wall system. While the CEO of Eco Building Systems, Inc., Mr. Savona was primarily responsible for the manufacturing operations and growth of the company. During 2002, an involuntary petition for reorganization was filed against Eco Building Systems, Inc. under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Savona left Eco Building Systems, Inc. in December of 2002. He is a graduate of the UCLA executive management program.

Karen Andreasen, is responsible for contracts/legal, risk management, human resources, Information technologies, and will also oversee communications, workers compensation, and safety and environmental issues. She joined Modtech in April 2004 as Director of Human Resources. Mr. Gaines was elected to our Board of Directors on May 26, 2006. Since August 2000, Mr. Gaines, has served as a director and member of the audit committee of ModTech Holdings, Inc., a national designer and manufacturer of modular buildings. Mr. Gaines served as the Chairman and CEO of GNB Inc., an automotive and industrial battery company, from 1982 to 1988. Prior to GNB, Inc., Mr. Gaines was Senior Vice President, International from 1981 through 1983 and Group Vice President, Batteries from 1971 through 1981 for Gould Inc., an international and diversified manufacturer.
