Mr. Chupaska was named Chief Financial Officer of the Authority in August 2004. Prior to joining MTGA, Coldreck served as Vice President, Project Executive and Vice President of Operations for Perini Building Company in Framingham, Massachusetts for the past 29 years. While at Perini, Coldreck had the distinction of constructing some of Perini's largest and most challenging projects including the multi-faceted 5.5 million-square-foot Phase II Expansion of Mohegan Sun; the 3.1 million-square-foot Ronald Reagan and International Trade Center in Washington, DC; Phase I of the Harrah's Hotel/Casino complex in Atlantic City, New Jersey; and the 1.3 million-square-foot mixed-use development Copley Place in Boston, Massachusetts. In addition to specific major project experience, Coldreck has also held the position of Vice President of Operations and has overseen the construction of multiple project types including parking facilities, hotels, condominiums, airport terminals, mixed-use developments, research and development labs, corporate office buildings, hospitals, correctional facilities and themed entertainment projects. Paul Brody brings his 12 years of service to tribal governments in connection with all aspects of financing, constructing and opening gaming facilities to his position as Vice President of Corporate Development where he identifies and evaluates new tribal and commerical gaming opportunities for the Mohegan Tribe and MTGA. Concurrently, Brody and the Corporate Development staff are assisting the company's project teams in Pennsylvania with Pocono Downs at Mohegan Sun, in Washington state with the Cowlitz Tribe and in Wisconsin with the Menominee Tribe. Brody offers extensive interaction with Tribal Gaming Commissions, the NIGC, and state and local regulatory agencies. He has been an attorney at law for 31 years with practice emphasis in business transactions, land use regulation and contract negotiations. Earlier in his career, Brody was a commercial and mixed use real property developer. Prior to his position with MTGA, Brody was President and Chief Operating Officer of Excelsior Gaming LLC where he lead a team effort to secure tribal gaming management contracts, resulting in two long term engagements and several consulting contracts. He helped tribal governments with securing both start-up and expansion financing for gaming operations and coordinated and supervised tribal, federal and state licensing for Excelsior, its key personnel, major investors, and members of its board of directors. Brody is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1974 and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors-cum laude in 1970. He holds a Class III Gaming License from the State of Washington and is a member of the Bar of the State of Connecticut, the United States District Court-Connecticut and the Connecticut Bar Association Indian Law Section. He resides in Mansfield Connecticut with his wife Dianne.

First elected to the Tribal Council in 2005, Allison D. Johnson brings ten years of management experience and a background in employment law. Johnson has been active in Tribal affairs since relocating to Connecticut in 2000. Johnson most recently served as a Human Resources Manager for both the Tribal government and Mohegan Sun Casino. Prior to her service for the Tribe, she held management positions in commercial leasing and retail sales and support. F. Owen Eagan, Judge. Age: 75. Judge Eagan was appointed to the Gaming Disputes Court in 1996. He served as U.S. Magistrate Judge from 1975 to 1996 and was formerly Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut and U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Roland J. Harris, a member of the Tribal Council for ten years, served as Chairman from 1995 to 2000, overseeing the development that launched the highly successful Mohegan Sun Casino. He represented the Tribe with investors and financial institutions and led the planning effort behind Project Sunburst, the casino's expansion into a full-service resort. He also led the organization of the Tribe's government and services after the casino's opening. Prior to serving on the Tribal Council, Harris held the position of Tribal Planner. Former First Selectman of the town of Griswold, Harris was the president and founder of a successful surveying and site planning company in Eastern Connecticut.

Marilynn "Lynn" Malerba brings decades of managerial experience to her first term on the Tribal Council.
