Mr. Cleghorn is Chairman of the Board and a director of Molson Coors Brewing Company. He is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Bank of Canada and is a member of the Desautels Faculty of Management Advisory Board and Governor Emeritus of McGill University, Immediate Past Chairman and a director of Historica Foundation of Canada, Chancellor Emeritus of Wilfrid Laurier University and a director of the Atlantic Salmon Federation. Mr. Cleghorn graduated from McGill University with a B. Com. and is a chartered accountant.

From 2005 to 2007, he was CEO of Coors Brewers Limited, the U.K. arm of Molson Coors, based in Burton-on-Trent, England. During this period, he was responsible for all of the company's business in the UK, Europe and Asia. Prior to the Molson and Coors merger in 2005, Mr. Swinburn served as the President of Coors Brewing Worldwide based in Golden, Colo., where he was responsible for international sales and operations and spearheaded the company's focus on global marketing opportunities and development of emerging markets. He also served as chairman of Tradeteam, a logistics company jointly owned by Coors Brewers and DHL; and a Director of Grolsch UK, a joint venture between Coors Brewers and Grolsch. Mr. Swinburn has been a board member of the British Beer and Pub Association and industry chairman of The Portman Group, a U.K. trade organization promoting alcohol responsibility. Swinburn graduated from the University of Wales in 1974 with a BSc Honours in Economics. "

"Ms. Noonan brings more than 15 years of experience to her current role at Molson Coors Brewing Company. She has served in multiple executive operational capacities within the company, overseeing supply chain management and cost management responsibilities for Molson Inc. Previously, Ms. Noonan served as the senior vice president of planning for Hudson’s Bay Company, Canada’s largest department store retailer. Her experience also includes managing logistics for Maple Leaf Meats. A native of Quebec City, Quebec, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry, a Bachelor of Applied Science in chemical engineering and a Certificate of Business Administration, all from the University of Ottawa. Stewart Glendinning is the Chief Financial Officer of Molson Coors Brewing Company. Glendinning was previously the Chief Financial Officer for Coors Brewers, Ltd., the UK-based subsidiary of Molson Coors Brewing Company, where he was responsible for overseeing all of the Finance and IS activities within the business. Before joining Molson Coors in 2005, Glendinning was managing director and a principal at The Hackett Group, a professional services company where he led the financial services practice and counselled clients regarding the structuring and management of their financial functions. Glendinning also built the company’s European operations from start-up. His global clients included Alcoa, HJ Heinz, Pepsi Bottling Group, Unilever and Rohm & Haas. In serving a broad array of clients, he has lived and worked across Europe, Africa, North and South America. Prior to the Hackett Group, Glendinning worked at KPMG where he played a leading role with one of the firm’s largest audit accounts while simultaneously earning a law degree at the University of Miami. During this time he also served with various organizations within the U.S. Naval Reserve, including USS Papago, SEALs and JAG (Judge Advocate General). His career at KPMG took him from the audit practice to KPMG’s World Class Finance Organization where he focused on helping CFOs to redesign their organizations for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Glendinning grew up in Africa and attended the College of William and Mary in Virginia where he obtained a BBA in Accounting.

He joined Adolph Coors Company in 1971 where he held a number of executive and management positions. Mr. Coors previously served as chairman of the board of Adolph Coors Company from 2002 to 2005, and was chief executive officer from May 2000 to July 2002. He served as a director of Coors Brewing Company, the company’s US-based subsidiary, beginning in 1973. In 2002, he was named executive chairman, and was chief executive officer from 1992 to 2000. Currently Melissa is a Director in the MillerCoors Strategy Department where her role is to provide cross-functional project management, thought leadership, analysis and decision support for long-term company strategy on projects as identified. She earned an MBA from the University of Denver in Marketing and holds a B.S. degree from Georgetown University in Foreign Service, Latin American Studies. "

Rosalind joined the company in 2006 as Regional Vice President of Georgia Operations. March of 2007 Rosalind was promoted to Division President of the Southeast Operating Division. Rosalind manages the sales and operating plans for the Southeast Division which consists of 800 stores and 250,000 associates. She is responsible for the strategic direction of all growth opportunities including new real estate, execution of store innovation and people development. Prior to joining Wal-Mart, Rosalind held leadership positions in various marketing, sales, and product development organizations in Kimberly-Clark. She served as the 2001 Campaign Manager for the United Way at Kimberly-Clark Corporation and is a member of the Johnnetta B. Cole Leadership Society of United Way. Rosalind is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council, serves on the Board of Councilors for the Carter-Presidential Center, a member of the Molson Coors Brewing Co. Board of Directors, and serves as a member of the board of trustees for Spelman College and Woodruff Arts Center.
