He also served as chairman of Tradeteam, a logistics company jointly owned by Coors Brewers and DHL; and a Director of Grolsch UK, a joint venture between Coors Brewers and Grolsch. Mr. Swinburn has been a board member of the British Beer and Pub Association and industry chairman of The Portman Group, a U.K. trade organization promoting alcohol responsibility. Swinburn graduated from the University of Wales in 1974 with a BSc Honours in Economics. "

Tim is the Chief Integration Officer of MillerCoors. Prior to this position he served in the capacity of Global CFO since the 2005 merger of Molson Inc. and the Adolph Coors Company. She earned an MBA from the University of Denver in Marketing and holds a B.S. degree from Georgetown University in Foreign Service, Latin American Studies. "

Dr. Yates has been a director of the Company since March 2005. He served as president of Colorado State University from 1990 to 2003. He is credited with revitalizing the campus, boosting academic performance and achieving record levels of alumni and state support. He holds degrees in chemistry and mathematics from the University of Memphis and a doctorate in theoretical chemical physics from Indiana University.
