Mr. Houle is an experienced manager who held a number of positions at Molson between 1983 and 1995. Subsequently, he served the Club de hockey Canadien as Chief Executive Officer and Vice-President of operations until 2001, when he became an Ambassador for this organization so dear to his heart, he himself having been a professional hockey player from 1969 to 1983. Mr. Houle is a member of the boards of Richmont Mines, the Fondation du Canadien pour l'enfance, and the Marc-Aurele Fortin Museum.

David has Senior Management experience in the business world - in both finance and general management. His skills include strategy development, organizational strategy, decisions counseling, executive coaching and leading change. He is a problem solver and solutions implementer, and his experience comes from over 25 years with Unilever, Molson, Cooper Lybrand and Zenon Environmental.

David P. O'Brien has served on the board of Royal Bank of Canada since May 7, 1996 and was appointed chairman of the board on February 27, 2004. Mr. O'Brien is currently Chairman of the Board of EnCana Corporation, a position he has held since April 5, 2002. Mr. O'Brien began his career as an Associate and, later, Partner of Ogilvy Renault in 1967. In 1978 he joined Petro-Canada, where he held the position of Executive Vice President and other senior management positions. Mr. O'Brien joined PanCanadian Petroleum in 1990, where he served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer until 1995. He was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Canadian Pacific Limited in 1995, and in 1996, was named the company's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. From October 2001 to April 2002, Mr. O'Brien was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PanCanadian Energy Corporation, which merged with Alberta Energy Company Ltd. in April 2002 to form EnCana Corporation. In addition to the boards he chairs, Mr. O'Brien's directorships include Fairmont Hotel and Resorts, Inco Limited, TransCanada PipeLines Limited, Molson Inc., and the C.D. Howe Institute. Mr. O'Brien graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Civil Law in 1965, and a B.A. (Honours Economics) from Loyola College (Montreal) in 1962. Mr. O'Brien holds an Honourary Doctorate of Civil Law from Bishops University in 1998, and an Honourary Bachelor of Applied Business and Entrepreneurship (International) from Mount Royal College in 2000. Mr. O'Brien, married with three children, lives in Calgary, Alberta.

Ian has been in the post industry in Toronto for over 10 years, during that time, he as worked on countless commercials as both editor and compositor for all major ad agencies and clients alike. Some of these include Labatts, Ford, Daimler Chrysler, Coke, Pepsi, Molson, Canon, AGF, and the list goes on. In recent years, he made the bold decision to delve into the world of long form and episodic offline editing. The highlight of this work being a feature length documentary with a 2 time Emmy award winning director expected to be released in fall of 2005 in both Canada and the U.S. Ian is fluent in all major editing platforms and visual effects software. With a keen eye for colour, a solid understanding of composition and a knack for turning problematic shots into yesterday's news, he is always sure to deliver above and beyond clients expectations. And when it comes to original editorial story creative, he has a deep understanding of pacing and arc, and is a wonderful partner in the editing suite.
