Sheldon along with Phil DeLeon incorporated OnX Enterprise Solutions Limited in 2006 after the company was spun-off Momentum Advanced Solutions Inc, a company which the two had founded in 1983. Since 1983, Sheldon has spearheaded the development and growth of Momentum from a broker of mid-range systems in the early eighties into one of Canada's leading end-to-end mission critical e-business solutions providers to government and business. Sheldon's ability to identify emerging trends in the strategic application of information technology led him, in 1993, to begin to diversify the company's portfolio of offerings to include Internet solution development. In 1996 Sheldon established Onyx Interactive to provide total ebusiness solutions to its growing roster of clients. In 1997 Momentum entered the managed services market by building its first tier-1 data centre with Sheldon jointly at the helm. Sheldon attended the University of Western Ontario. Sheldon was highlighted as one of Canada's Top Entrepreneurs in Alan Gould's book "The New Entrepreneurs; 80 Canadian Success Stories" In 2000, Sheldon was named as finalist for the Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year awarded by Ernst & Young. Sheldon currently serves on the Board of Directors of Momentum Advanced Solutions Inc and OnX Enterprise Solutions Limited.

As Executive Vice President and General Manager, Ed Vos has overall responsibility for the growth, innovation and service excellence of OnX's technology infrastructure solutions. Ed's passion for excellence and proven results oriented approach will strengthen partner relationships and enhance the overall client experience. Ed is an engaging leader who creates a culture for high performance teams that deliver superior performance. Ed brings over 20 years of experience in the IT industry as co-founder of one of the largest national solution providers in Canada. His dedication is also focused on youth development programs, particularly Junior Achievement. Ed holds a bachelor of Business Administration degree from GMI Engineering and Management Institute in Flint, Michigan.

Donald P. Woodley is the President of The Fifth Line Enterprise, a privately held company providing strategic advisory services and executive coaching to the Canadian IT industry. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Gennum Corporation, DataMirror Corporation, Canada Post Corporation and., Steam Whistle Brewing Inc. and is a past director of Onx Enterprise Solutions Inc., Delano Technology and Star Data Systems. Don is a past Chair of the Board of Governors of ITAC (Information Technology Association of Canada) a past Chair of the Board of Governors of The Stratford Festival of Canada, and a member of the Board of Directors of The Hospital for Sick Children Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Don currently serves as a member of the TELUS Corporate Governance Committee and is Chair of the TELUS Pension Committee

Since 1983, Phil has managed the growth of Momentum from a broker of mid-range systems to a provider of enterprise class systems, applications and professional integration that returned true value and competitive advantage to the company's clients. Phil, working with co-founder Sheldon Pollack, diversified the company's portfolio of offerings to include Internet solution development in early 1993. In 1996, Momentum established an interactive division to provide total ebusiness solutions to its growing roster of clients. In 1997 Momentum entered the managed services market by building its first tier-1 data centre with Phil jointly at the helm. Phil attended the University of Toronto and was highlighted as one of Canada's Top Entrepreneurs in Alan Gould's book "The New Entrepreneurs; 80 Canadian Success Stories." In 2000, Phil was named as finalist for the Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year awarded by Ernst & Young.
