Mark T. Thomas is a Managing Director of MCP, and serves as the executive liaison between MCP and Monitor. Mr. Thomas is a founder of Monitor, a member of its Global Group Executive Committee, and one of the firm s most senior consultants, having developed and overseen several of the firm s most important and long-standing client relationships. In addition, Mr. Thomas established Monitor s Milan office and served on the firm s European Executive Committee. Prior to joining Monitor, he was a senior consultant at Bain and Company. Mr. Thomas is a certified professional engineer and worked as a process engineer and project team leader at ICI s Canadian subsidiary. Mr. Thomas received a Bachelor s degree with First Class Honors from Queen s University in Kingston, Ontario, and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, where he was named a Baker Scholar. He has served as a Director of American Fibers & Yarns, Codere, Hinckley, Metro and Service Partners.
Michael serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Brigham and Women's Hospital and as a member of the Board of Directors for Partners HealthCare System, Inc., Veridian, IGI/Earth Color and Smart Mail. Michael is a founder and managing director of Monitor Clipper Partners Inc., a private equity fund. Michael received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Robert B. Calhoun is a Managing Director of MCP. Prior to joining MCP, Mr. Calhoun was President of The Clipper Group, L.P., which he founded in 1990. He was previously employed by Credit Suisse First Boston and its predecessors, which he joined in 1965 as a generalist in the investment banking division, and worked on a wide range of capital raising and advisory assignments for industrial companies. Mr. Calhoun is a graduate of Princeton University with an A.B. in economics. He is currently a Director of The Lord Abbett Family of Funds and has served as a Director of IGI/Earth Color and Flight Options as well as several companies in which Clipper invested.

William L. Young is a Managing Director of MCP. Mr. Young has worked with Monitor since 1989 and joined the firm in 1995 as a Group Managing Director. Prior to joining Monitor, Mr. Young was a founding partner of Westbourne Management Group in Toronto, Canada, providing management services to companies requiring or undertaking significant restructurings or turnarounds. From 1981 to 1989, Mr. Young was a strategy consultant at Bain and Company in London, England, where he was elected to the partnership in 1985. Mr. Young is a certified professional engineer and was previously employed as a design engineer by Imperial Oil, Exxon s Canadian affiliate. Mr. Young received his Bachelor s degree with Honors from Queen s University in Kingston, Ontario and an M.B.A. with Distinction from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Mr. Young is currently on the Board of Queen s University in Kingston, Ontario and the Belmont Day School and has served as Director of American Fibers and Yarns, Codere, Hinckley and Technal.
David A. Sheffer joined Monitor Clipper Partners in July 2006. Prior to joining MCP, Mr. Sheffer was an Associate with Advent International, a Boston based private equity fund. Previously, he was with McColl Partners in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mr. Sheffer graduated with distinction from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received a B.S. in business administration.

Prior to joining MCP, Ms. Donigan was a consultant at Monitor Group, where she was affiliated with Monitor Corporate Finance and APS, Monitor's operations consulting practice. Megan Kahn is the Office Head at Monitor Group's Cambridge office. She graduated from Amherst College with a BA in Economics in 2004, and has since been working with Monitor's affiliated private equity fund Monitor Clipper Partners. Megan is enjoying the challenge of coordinating Inspire's activities at Monitor and looks forward to expanding the scope of Inspire within the various Monitor offices.

Samer Ezzeddine joined MCP in August 2005. Previously, he was a consultant at the Monitor Group working primarily on MCP-related projects. Mr. Ezzeddine received a B.A., summa cum laude, in economics and international relations from Tufts University and was subsequently awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to conduct research in Hong Kong.
Steve Lehman joined MCP in June 2003. During the previous four years, Mr. Lehman was a consultant at Monitor working primarily on MCP-related projects. Mr. Lehman received a B.A., magna cum laude, in economics and mathematics from Williams College.
