Michael Abraham has been a software architect and consultant with Monitor Software since 1998. During that time, he has worked on the design and implementation of large and small Decision Support Systems in a number of industries including telecommunications, agribusiness, and electric power generation/distribution. Since 2003 Michael has focused primarily on developing commercial products based on Monitor IP and methodologies in the areas of Marketing, Human Asset Management, and Innovation Management. Prior to joining Monitor, Michael worked for a IT consultancy with a focus on administrative systems for higher education, and prior to that for a DOD contractor with a focus on embedded weapons control systems.

Peter Giorgio is the co-lead of Monitor Software, Monitor's software strategy and development group. In addition, he oversees Monitor Software's human asset management related products and services. Peter has been with Monitor for six years. In this time he has served the firm in many capacities including building Monitor's Virtual Coach(TM) business, Monitor's first public, human asset-related software product. He also co-directed Q, Marketspace's technology center of excellence, where he oversaw the architecture, design and quality implementation of many of Monitor's internal applications. Peter joined Monitor from Conduit Communication and Razorfish (which acquired Conduit in 1999) where he led the architecture and development of many of the firms largest e-commerce projects including the redesign and rebuild Gartner Group's website. Other clients included: Blue Cross / Blue Shield, State Street Bank, Adams Harkness & Hill, WPP, Research International, State Street Research. Prior to Conduit, Peter achieved the rank of Captain in the United States Air Force. He spent 5 years teaching computer programming (Java and object-oriented programming and design), developing logistics support systems, and managing government contractors. Peter earned a B.A. in Computer Science from Amherst College.
