Mr. Landy serves as President and Chairman of the Board of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (since 1968). He is an Attorney at Law and served as President and Chairman of the Board of Monmouth Capital Corporation (1961 to 2007). Mr. Landy also serves as Chairman of the Board (since 1995), President (from 1969 to1995), and Director (since 1969) of UMH Properties, Inc.

Ms. Chew is the Chief Financial Officer (2003 to present) and a Director (1993 to present) of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Chew was also Chief Financial Officer (2003 to 2007) and Director (1994 to 2007) of Monmouth Capital Corporation. She also serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (1995 to present) and as a Director (1994 to present) of UMH Properties, Inc.

Ms. Morgenstern is Executive Vice President and Director of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (2002 to present). She joined Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation in 2001 as Vice President. Ms. Morgenstern previously served as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Division of Summit Bank (1996-2001).

Prior to working at Cronheim, he worked at Donald Zucker Company from 1987 to 1994 and Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette from 1984 to 1986.

Mr. Landy is a Director of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (since July 2007) and serves in the capacity of Vice President of Investments (March 2003 to present). Mr. Landy is also Vice President of Investments of UMH Properties, Inc. (March 2003 to present). He served as Executive Vice President (2001 to 2007) and Director (2001 to 2007) of Monmouth Capital Corporation. He previously served as President (1998 to 2001) of Siam Records, L.L.C.; and Chief Engineer and Technical Director (1987-1998) of GRP Recording Company.

Mr. Rothenberg is an Independent Director of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (since July 2007). Mr. Rothenberg was previously a Director of Monmouth Capital Corporation (2001 to 2007). He is a retired physician. Mr. Rothenberg is also a Director (1977 to present) of UMH Properties, Inc.

Mr. Kahr is a Director of Monmouth Real Estatement Investment Corporation (since July 2007). Previously, Mr. Kahr was a Director of Monmouth Capital Corporation (2006-2007). He is the Principal of Kahr Real Estate Services (2002 to Present), a real estate advisory firm based in New York City. He was also Senior Director (2000 to 2002), GVA Williams; and Senior Analyst (1998 to 2000), Brookhill Redevelopment.

Mr. Hirsch is an Independent Director of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (since 2000). He is an Attorney at Law in private practice (since 1985). He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law (since 1993) at Widener University School of Law.

Mr. Weidhorn is a consultant and private real estate investor in the multi-family housing market. From 1998 to 2000, he was Chairman of the Board, President and Director of WNY Group, Inc., a real estate investment trust that owned and operated 8,000 apartment units throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland prior to its sale to the Kushner Companies. From 1981 to 1998, he was President of WNY Management Corp. Mr. Weidhorn serves on the boards of directors of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation and The Community Development Trust, and is president of the New Jersey Apartment Association. Mr. Weidhorn currently serves as the chair of the audit committee of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation and as a member of the audit committee of The Community Development Trust. He has over 30 years of experience in the management, acquisition, and financing of commercial real estate. Mr. Weidhorn is a certified public accountant (inactive). He is active in various professional, civic and charitable organizations.

Mr. Landy is President (since 1995) and Director (since 1992) of UMH Properties, Inc. He is an Attorney at Law (since 1985). Mr. Landy also serves as Director of Monmouth Capital Corporation (since 1994); and Director of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (since 1989).
