After serving as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Monster Worldwide for nine months, Sal Iannuzzi was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on April 12, 2007. Prior to joining Monster, Mr. Iannuzzi served as president and chief executive officer of Symbol Technologies, based in Holtsville, New York. He previously served as the non-executive chairman of the board of directors of Symbol Technologies from December 2003 to April 2005 when he joined the company as chief administrative and control officer. An expert in achieving world-class operational performance and in leading large organizations, Mr. Iannuzzi is well-recognized for the improvements in business management and expansion, productivity, cost structures, financial controls, and reporting which he accomplished during his tenure with Wall Street firms. He also has significant experience working with federal and state regulators, including the Federal Reserve Bank, New York State Banking Department, Securities and Exchange Commission and U.S. Department of Labor. During his nearly 30-year business career, Mr. Iannuzzi held a variety of leadership positions in audit, finance and corporate administration. After six years at KPMG and two years at Bear Stearns, he joined Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank, where, over nearly twenty years, he held a variety of senior leadership positions, including Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Operating Officer for Europe, Chief Operating Officer for the Global Investment Bank, and Senior Control Officer for the corporation. In 2000, Mr. Iannuzzi joined CIBC World Markets, where for four years he served as Chief Administrative Officer with responsibility for all corporate and administrative functions in the United States. Mr. Iannuzzi received a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Francis College.

Darko Dejanovic serves as Executive Vice President, CIO and Head of Product for Monster Worldwide. In this role he is responsible for all global IT, Product and Innovation activities. Previously, he also served in a number of technology leadership roles including Tribune Publishing Vice President/Chief Technology Officer, Vice President/Chief Technology Officer for Chicago Tribune Company and the Sun-Sentinel Company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to Tribune, Dejanovic held a technology leadership role with the Education Management Group. James M. Langrock was appointed as Monster Worldwide’s senior vice president for finance and chief accounting officer in May 2008. He joined Monster after serving Symbol Technologies from 2003 to 2007 in progressively more senior roles, ultimately rising to the position of vice president, chief accounting officer and corporate controller. When Symbol was acquired by Motorola in 2007, he became vice president of finance for Motorola’s enterprise mobility business. Prior to Symbol, Mr. Langrock served as chief financial officer for Empress International, an importer and wholesale distributor. Earlier, he held a variety of audit positions at Arthur Andersen LLP, including senior manager in the audit and business advisory practice. A certified public accountant, Mr. Langrock holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and a master’s in business administration from Hofstra University.

Lise Poulos joined Monster as an Executive Vice President, and will focus initially on coordinating and facilitating the Company-wide investment in innovation and product development. Mr. Gaulding was a Director of TMP Worldwide from January 1996 to October 1999 and returned to the Board on June 13, 2001.
