We are a worldwide designer, manufacturer and integrator of high performance precision motion and fluid controls and control systems for a broad range of applications in aerospace and defense, industrial and medical markets. Our aerospace and defense products and systems include military and commercial aircraft flight controls, satellite positioning controls, controls for steering tactical and strategic missiles, thrust vector controls for space launch vehicles, controls for gun aiming, stabilization and automatic ammunition loading for armored combat vehicles, and homeland security products. Our industrial products are used in a wide range of applications, including injection molding machines, pilot training simulators, wind energy, power generation, material and automotive testing, metal forming, heavy industry and oil exploration. Our medical products include infusion therapy pumps, enteral clinical nutrition pumps, slip rings used on CT scanners and motors used in sleep apnea devices. We operate under five segments, Aircraft Controls, Space and Defense Controls, Industrial Systems, Components and Medical Devices. Our principal manufacturing facilities are located in the United States, including facilities in New York, California, Utah, Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia and Illinois, and in Germany, England, Italy, Japan, the Philippines, Ireland, India and China. Dr. Huckvale began his career with the Company in 1980. From 1980 to 1986, Dr. Huckvale served as Engineering Manager of Moog Controls Ltd. In 1986, Dr. Huckvale was named General Manager of the Pacific Group. In 1990, Dr. Huckvale was elected a Vice President of Moog, and in 1995, was named head of the Moog International Group. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Huckvale worked for Plessy Hydraulics and the Atkins Research and Development Center. Dr. Huckvale received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath in England.

Dr. Aubrecht began his career with the Company in 1969, working in various engineering capacities. After three years with American Hospital Supply, Dr. Aubrecht rejoined the Company in 1979 as Administrative Vice President and Secretary. Albert F. Myers is corporate vice president and treasurer for Northrop Grumman Corporation, a leader in the aerospace and defense industries, which makes B-2 Stealth bombers and E-2C Hawkeyes as well as components for the F/A-18 and F-14 fighters and for commercial customers including Boeing, Airbus and Gulfstream. Following graduation, Myers began his career at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Dryden Flight Research Center. For the next several years, he held positions at Dryden, including chief of the controls branch. In 1981, he joined Northrop Grumman as manager of Flight Controls Engineering at the company's B-2 Division and served in management positions in flight sciences and project engineering and as B-2 deputy program manager as well as vice president of Test Operations. In that position, he supervised the departments that were engaged in the preparation and execution of full-scale test activities for the B-2 Division, including the flight testing of the B-2 stealth bomber. From 199 to 1994, he was corporate vice president of Business Strategy and was elected to his present position in 1994. He is currently responsible for banking; risk management; benefits administration; pension and savings investments; mergers and acquisitions as well as trust management and cash management. Myers earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 1969 and a Master of Science in 1971 from the University of Idaho.
