Mortenson Matzelle & Meldrum Inc.

Mr. Michael Victorson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum, Inc. (M3). Mike guides the strategic direction of the agency. He also ensures that the day-to-day business of the corporation aligns with its vision, mission and goals. Like all senior officers, Mike also maintains account responsibility for some clients. Mike graduated from Augustana College with a degree in communications and political science. He joined M3 in 1992 in marketing and client service. He advanced to be an account executive and then sales manager, after which he became Executive Vice President of the Employee Benefits Division. In 2002, Mike was asked to serve as M3's Chief Operating Officer and then assumed the role of President in 2003. In 2005, Mike became the company's Chief Executive Officer. Mike continued his education and professional development after joining M3. He holds the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designations from the American College. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (WAHU) and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). Mike's community service has included serving on the boards of several organizations including Young Life, Community Connection and Patient Care, a health care advocacy firm for employees. He has volunteered for United Way of Dane County in several roles and is a member of the Sertoma Club of Madison.

Mr. Thomas Golden is Executive Vice President of Corporate Services at Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum, Inc. (M3). Working out of the Madison office, Tom provides leadership and strategic guidance for the Corporate Services Division of M3, including Finance, Facilities and Events, Human Resources, and Information Technology Services. As a member of the Executive Operating Committee, Tom provides strategic leadership for the company, establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Tom attended the University of Wisconsin Madison, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, Investments & Banking. Tom has extensive experience in senior management and finance-related positions, most recently as Senior Vice President & CFO of First Supply, a regional distributor of plumbing and heating products. During his 17-year tenure at First Supply, Tom was responsible for the leadership of several departments, including Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Credit, Purchasing and Operations. Tom joined the M3 team in 2005. Tom founded the Madison Area CFO Roundtable and is a former chair and board member of the Employer Health Care Alliance Cooperative.

Ms. Diane Wilkinson is the Vice President of Client Services in the of Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum, Inc. (M3). She is also a member of M3's senior management team. Specializing in employee benefits, Diane develops, implements and manages client service programs. She also oversees M3's outside Broker Unit and the Governmental Compliance Unit. Diane often conducts client education seminars focusing on employee benefit regulations and legislation. In her career in the insurance industry, Diane has worked with and developed a broad knowledge of and expertise in federal and state laws that relate to insurance and employment issues. Some of her areas of interest are the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). She often serves as a resource on these and other issues to M3 clients. Diane is a licensed health and life insurance agent. Her professional affiliations include memberships in the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (WAHU) and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Diane is also a member of TEMPO in Madison.

Mr. James Krogstad is a Vice President of Carrier Relations, Employee Benefits for Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum, Inc. (M3). Jim is a member of M3's senior management team as well. His focus is on maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers. Jim serves on several carrier agent advisory committees and often takes part in their product workshops and seminars to learn about changes and trends. He shares that knowledge with M3 staff and clients by conducting regular training sessions. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Jim began his career in the financial field. After joining M3 in 1977, he created the brokerage division and became brokerage manager. Jim became a partner in 1987. Jim is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF). He is also a licensed health, life, and property and casualty insurance agent. He belongs to the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), and the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (WAHU). Jim is a member of the board of the WAHU Foundation and serves as treasurer and member of the WAHU Board of Directors. Jim is chairman of the Cystic Fibrosis Skins Golf Outing and serves on the committee for the Edgewood College Tee It Up for Nursing Golf Outing. He is also a Division I, Big Ten Football official. In the past, Jim has served as a board member of Private Employee Health Care Coverage and Hospice Care.

Mr. Sean LaBorde is Vice President of Sales in the Madison office of Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum, Inc. (M3). He is also a member of M3's management team and Executive Operating Committee. Sean manages the efforts of Account Executives to gain new business and to build relationships with and service its clients. He also works to develop goals and actions plans for the division. Sean attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in actuarial science. He worked as an Actuary for U-CARE Health Maintenance Organization and a consultant with Meridian Resource Corporation. While health care information manager with the Employer Health Care Alliance (The Alliance), Sean was responsible for employer reporting and provider contracting. Sean came to work at M3 in 1997. A licensed health and life insurance agent, Sean is working toward the designations of Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). He is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (WAHU) and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). He also serves on the board of the Wellness Council of Wisconsin and chairs the Employee Benefits Practice Group for RiskProNet International. Sean is a member of the Key Club and Rosenberry Society of the United Way of Dane County. He is also active in the Rotary Club of Madison.

Mr. Dale Van Dam is Executive Vice President of Branch Operations at Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum, Inc. (M3). He leads the agency's Milwaukee office and is a member of M3's executive team. His primary role is to develop and grow the sales, marketing and operations of the Milwaukee office to meet M3's long-term business plan. He also serves as account executive for a number of clients. Dale graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. After serving as controller of Lurie Glass Companies in Milwaukee, Dale began his insurance career in 1975. As owner of Associated Policywriters and later as president of Fitzgerald, Clayton, James & Kasten, Dale gained a thorough understanding of agency business. He joined M3 in 1998. Dale has served on numerous insurance company advisory groups including Crum & Forester Insurance, St. Paul Companies, Utica National, EMC Insurance, EBI Companies and Royal & Sun Alliance. Dale is Chairman of the Board for the Lutheran Home, Inc. in Wauwautosa, WI and past president of the Blackwolf Insurance Company in Bermuda. Dale also serves as President of Merrill Hills Country Club in Waukesha, WI.

Mr. Michael Moore is Executive Vice President of Insurance Operations at Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum, Inc. (M3). Mike guides the strategic direction of the Insurance Operations Division of M3, which includes Risk Management, Carrier Relations, Client Services, Professional Development, and Marketing. He is also a member of M3's management team. Mike received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was then commissioned in the United States Army and went on to serve 11 years on active duty and in the Wisconsin National Guard. After working as a claims examiner with American Family Insurance, Mike joined the M3 team in 1994 as an Account Executive. He was promoted to his current position in 2001. A licensed property and casualty insurance agent, Mike is pursuing the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Mike is President of Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (PIAW). Mike is a member of the Key Club of the United Way of Dane County. In addition, he serves on the board of directors for Ice, Inc., the Phi Delta Theta Alumni Housing Corporation, and the coaches committee for Southwest Youth Hockey Association.

Mr. Richard Kekula is the Executive Vice President of the Madison office of Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum, Inc. (M3). He is also a member of M3's management team. Rick's major role is to manage M3's Madison, Wausau and Eau Claire offices. Rick's other responsibilities include long-range planning, growth initiatives and strategic partnerships for the agency. Rick is a graduate of St. Norbert College where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in business marketing and management. He has worked on the agency side of the business for his entire career, concentrating on property and casualty. He worked first with the Laub Group in Milwaukee and then in Madison. He joined M3 in 1985 to start our Property and Casualty Division. A licensed property and casualty insurance agent, Rick is pursuing his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. He is president elect of RiskProNet International and past president of the Wisconsin CNA Pacer Panel. He has also served on several committees with Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (IIAW) including government affairs and best practices and is past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Dane County. Rick is actively involved with fundraising and coaching for several youth athletic organizations in Middleton.
