She will make sure we have all of the necessary documentation and she will verify your income, assets, employment, and rental or mortgage history. After all verifications are completed and all documentation has been received, Kelly will submit your loan to underwriting.

Karen Rymer, Licensed Loan Officer, has over 12 years of knowledge & experience in the mortgage industry. Her goal is to provide the expertise needed in today's market to meet all of her clients needs. Karen graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Finance. She has been a lifelong resident of North Texas, where she focuses on providing the people of her community with her expertise. Karen remains active within her community networking with others to promote herself and other business professionals, like herself. Her knowledge in a vast array of products helps her to qualify borrowers who have been turned down elsewhere. She focuses on staying up to date with all new products and programs, as well as keeping up to date on the standard guidelines of Conventional, FHA, and VA loans. One of her specialties is Subprime loans, loans for clients with credit issues. Karen clearly finds the best program to fit the needs of her clients, putting her client's needs first.
