Mr. Mealy founded Colville Capital after a 25 year career advising middle market companies and business owners on growth and value creation. Prior to founding Colville Capital, Mr. Mealy was a senior partner and major shareholder of Bowles Hollowell Conner ("BHC"), which was acquired by First Union Corporation in 1998. BHC was founded in 1975 and was the preeminent investment banking firm in the United States focusing on middle market companies.
