James T. Prokopanko became our President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2007. Mr. Prokopanko joined Mosaic as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in July 2006. Previously, he was a Corporate Vice President at Cargill, Incorporated where he had executive responsibility for procurement and served as a leader of the Cargill Ag Producer Services Platform. After joining Cargill in 1978, he served in a wide range of leadership positions, including Vice President of the North American crop inputs business. During his Cargill career, Mr. Prokopanko was engaged in retail agriculture businesses in Canada, the United States, Brazil, Argentina and the United Kingdom. In addition to his role as President and CEO of Mosaic, Mr. Prokopanko serves on the Board of Directors for Mosaic, Canpotex, the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, The Fertilizer Institute and the International Plant Nutrition Institute.

Ross manages a team of highly skilled programmers that produce innovative solutions for a wide range of business needs.
Before coming to The Mosaic Company, Ross was the director of Tools and Technologies at Catapult, a subsidiary of IBM Learning Services. While there, he managed a team of developers who created the HTML-based help system used in Catapult's award winning System One - PBT software. Prior to that, Ross served in the United States Air Force as a Software Engineer and Vietnamese Linguist.

Don Gregory is Vice President of Sales at The Mosaic Company. He is an accomplished Senior Consultant, Researcher, and Project Manager with over 20 years of market research and project management experience and over five years of utility industry experience.

Megan plays an influential role on implementation projects as Vice President of Professional Services. David Seaton serves as senior group president over Fluor Corporation's Energy & Chemicals, Power, and Government business groups, In addition, he is responsible for Fluor's activities in China and the Middle East. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as group president of Energy & Chemicals for Fluor Corporation, responsible for the company's global business activities in the upstream, downstream, pipeline, offshore, gas processing, oil and gas production, chemicals, integrated petrochemical, polysilicon, and petroleum refining industries including ICA Fluor, the company's joint venture in Mexico. Seaton has also served as senior vice president and group executive for Fluor's global corporate sales function and had geographic responsibility for the Middle East. Other recent responsibilities have included senior vice president of Fluor's Chemicals business line, championing Fluor's development activities and long-term strategy for Iraq, as well as leading a major corporate cost-efficiency initiative. Since joining Fluor in 1984, Seaton has held numerous positions in both operations and sales in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, including vice president and managing director of Fluor Arabia Ltd., the company's joint venture in Saudi Arabia; and management positions in the pulp and paper industry, mining, metals, and manufacturing industries. Seaton is a board member of Fluor Arabia Ltd and the Fluor Foundation - the company's philanthropic organization. He is also a member of Fluor's Executive Development Forum, Global Benefits Committee, and Compliance and Ethics Committee. Active in many business organizations, Seaton serves on the Coordinating Committee on Oil & Gas for the National Petroleum Council (NPC) and is a board member of the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the U.S. Saudi Arabian Business Council. He served as the Clifford Clark policy advisor to the Department of Finance of Canada from 2002 to 2004 and chaired the Task Force on the Future of the Canadian Financial Services Sector in 1997 and 1998. Mr. MacKay is the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Domtar Corporation and a director of The Toronto-Dominion Bank. Mr. MacKay was made an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2002, served as a director of The Vigoro Corporation from 1994 through its acquisition by IMC Global Inc. in 1996, and served as a director of IMC Global Inc. from 1996 to October 2004.
