Alfred Mockett joined Motive in February 2006 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. His career in technology and telecommunications spans more than 30 years, working in both private and public companies. Prior to joining Motive, Mr. Mockett served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Management Systems Inc. (AMSY), the $1 billion IT consulting and professional services company which was acquired in 2004 by the CGI group. Before AMS, Mr. Mockett served on the Executive Committee of BT for 10 years in a range of divisional capacities, including Chief Executive Officer of BT Ignite, BTa s $6 billion international broadband data and applications services business. Prior to this role, Mr. Mockett led BTa s initiative to bring together all of the companya s disparate international activities under BT Worldwide, a single division to deliver on BTa s vision to be a major player in the global communications marketplace. He has also held executive positions at Memorex Telex and General Computer Systems Inc. Mr. Mockett graduated with honors from the University of London.

With more than 25 years experience in finance, accounting, legal and human resources, Mr. Fitzpatrick is responsible for the financial health of Motivea s business. He has served as chief financial officer for Frame Technology Corporation where he led the companya s initial public offering, and was corporate controller at Ashton-Tate where he was involved in two secondary offerings and responsible for all Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements. Jack Greenberg joined Motive as general counsel in August 2006. With more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications and IT industries, Mr. Greenberg has held a range of senior executive positions leading legal, business development and merger and acquisition activities. Prior to joining Motive, he was general counsel of Corinthian Capital, a management services, advisory and investment company focused on telecommunications and its enabling technologies. Mr. Greenberg was also general counsel for Earthlease Ltd. and Bulldog Communications, two UK-based startups. He was formerly with BT where he held a variety of senior management positions, including senior vice president and general counsel of BT Global, and senior vice president of international development and major transactions. Prior to BT, Mr. Greenberg served as general counsel of Sprint International and its predecessor GTE Telenet. He holds a bachelora s degree in American History from Rutgers College and a law degree from the Rutgers School of Law.

Scott spent the first 9 years of his career in engineering and marketing in both the aerospace and computer systems industries. In 1991, he shifted over to software where he has worked ever since. At Tivoli Systems from 1991-1996, he led product marketing, the applications management product division, and finally marketing and strategy for the company. During that time, Tivoli grew from $4M in annual revenues to a $250M+ division of IBM. In 1997, Scott co-founded Motive Communications with four others and served as CEO and President through Feb of 2006. During that time, Motive grew from 0 to $80M in annual revenues and 400 employees worldwide and established itself as the market leader for management software for the broadband communications industry. During his 9 year tenure, Scott oversaw the company's growth both through organic product and market development as well as through 3 different strategic acquisitions. Scott holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
David Sikora has served as a Director of Motive since January 2000. Mr. Sikora served as Chairman and CEO of several leading software companies, including Pervasive Software, Question Technologies and Ventix Systems. In addition, Mr. Sikora served as President and CEO of Houston-based ForeFront Group, Inc., a leading provider of e-Learning solutions for information technology professionals. During his six years at ForeFront, he led the company through an initial public offering in 1995 and a successful merger with SmartForce in 1998. Mr. Sikora received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Houston and a Mastera s in Business Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Virginia Gambale is a successful investor and technology leader. As Managing Partner of Azimuth Partners LLC, which she founded in 2003, Gambale operates globally, developing growth strategies, business partnerships and executing successful exits for technology and business service companies. She is highly regarded for her innovative thinking, personal involvement, concern for people and ability to deliver results. Gambale garnered such prestigious awards as the Forbes Great Communicators in 1999 and was named one of the top three CIOs on Wall Street in 1997. Most recently, she was named by Directors and Boards Magazine as one of 12 "Directors To Watch" for in their special 30th anniversary celebration publication in 2006. She has served on over 20 public and private boards including: JetBlue (NASDAQ-BLU), Motive (NASDAQ-MOTV), Workbrain (TSE-WB), Voxpath, IQ Financial (Chairman) and Synchronoss Technologies (NASDAQ-SNCR).
