Ray joined Mount Lucas in 1992. He plans and directs Mount Lucas Management's marketing and client service efforts. Prior to Mount Lucas, he was employed by Little Brook Corporation, where he implemented technical trading systems operated by the firm. Before joining Little Brook, Ray was the Fixed Income Administrative Manager at Delaware Management Company. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University in 1986.

Prior to Mount Lucas, Jim was President and Chief Investment Officer of Monitor Capital Advisors. He started his career in financial services with Merrill Lynch in 1976, where he eventually managed a trading desk for Merrill Lynch Government Securities. He has over 21 years of trading experience in the cash and derivatives markets. He has also contributed to books on fixed income securities, options and futures strategies. Jim is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has served as a volunteer on the CFA examination grading committee. He received a B.S. in Aviation Engineering from Western Michigan University in 1970.

John came to Mount Lucas from Little Brook Corporation, where he was a Senior Trader. He received a B.S. in Finance from Seton Hall University in 1982.

Nabil joined Mount Lucas in 2002. He provides integral support in the areas of research and trading. He graduated in 2002 from Rutgers University with a B.A. in History and a B.A. in Political Science. In December 2007, Nabil earned the designation of Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional (CRCP ) from the FINRA Institute at Wharton.

Jerry joined Mount Lucas in 1997. He manages the firm's investment technology platforms and conducts portfolio research. Jerry is a 1997 graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Mathematics.

With fifteen years of development and leadership experience in the field of analytical modeling and simulation, Nan focuses on risk management, financial engineering and dynamic optimization. Her expertise centers on stochastic modeling of international financial markets. Before joining Mount Lucas in 2004, Nan was a founding partner of Frontier Wealth Management. Nan received a Masters degree from Princeton University in Financial Engineering and a Ph.D. from The Johns Hopkins University in Computational Fluid Dynamics.

Jill joined Mount Lucas in 1988. She has primary administrative responsibilities for the MLM Index , including facilitation of the subscription process and individual account management.

Chiwuike joined Mount Lucas in 2005. He is primarily responsible for account reconciliation and provides key support in trading. Chiwuike graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo with a B.A. in Political Science.

Greg joined Mount Lucas in 2007. He provides support to the marketing and client service team with a focus on performance measurement and client reporting. Greg graduated in 2007 from Gettysburg College with a B.A. in Economics.

John joined Mount Lucas in 2007. He develops and maintains the proprietary applications and systems used for trading and client service. John has been coding and developing financial software and databases for institutional money managers since 1998.

Kent joined Mount Lucas in 2008. He provides support in the areas of trading, research, and operational control. Prior to joining Mount Lucas, Kent was a Client Service Relationship Manager at Goldman Sachs in their Prime Brokerage division where he was promoted to Vice President in 2007. Kent graduated cum laude in 2001 from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Finance.

Kevin joined Mount Lucas in 2008. He provides support to the marketing and client service team. Prior to joining Mount Lucas, Kevin was a Senior Associate with GAM where he focused on their fund of hedge fund sales efforts. Kevin graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Political Science.

Kyle joined Mount Lucas in 2004. He is responsible for the operation, support and administration of Mount Lucas' information technology systems. Prior to joining Mount Lucas, he was a principal of Artechnik, LLC, an IT consulting firm. Kyle graduated from Delaware Valley College with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems Management.

Lauren joined Mount Lucas in 2006. She provides support to the marketing and client service team, with a primary focus on facilitating account activities for MLM Macro - Peak and the MLM Index . Lauren graduated cum laude in 2005 from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a B.A. in Communication.

Matt joined Mount Lucas in 2008. He is primarily responsible for account reconciliation and provides key support in trading. Matt graduated from The College of New Jersey with a B.A. in Finance.

Paul DeRosa is a Partner with Mt. Lucas Management Corporation. He served in a variety of positions at Citicorp (Vice President, Division Head) and E.F. Hutton (Senior Vice President Capital Markets Division), before becoming Managing Director and then CEO of Eastbridge Holdings, Inc. He is a Board Member of New Jersey SEEDS. Dr. DeRosa holds a B.A. from Hobart College and a Ph.D. in economics from Columbia University.

Roger has been involved in equity investing and leveraged acquisitions for more than 20 years. He was a partner at Kellner, DiLeo & Co., has served in the Carter administration and worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and was an Assistant Professor of Economics at Columbia University. He holds a B.A. from Amherst College and a Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University and is the author of The New Economy: What it is, How it Happened, and Why it is Likely to Last, which was published by Farrar, Straus and Giroux in June 2003.
