Background: A native of the Agate area, Malcom graduated from Limon High School in 1970 and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. She is an Occupational Therapist and the department head for the Rehabilitation Department at Lincoln Community Hospital in Hugo. Malcom and her husband, Terry, have three children and live north of Limon where they farm and ranch. Memberships/Community Service: Member, choir member, Deaconess, Praise Team Member and Sunday School teacher at the First Baptist Church of Limon; member of the American Occupational Therapy Association; Colorado Occupational Therapy Association. Board Experience: Member of the MVEA Board of Directors since 1977 and currently serving as Secretary/treasurer. She served on the 2005 Annual Meeting, Executive, Policy, Wage & Salary, Budget, and Audit Committees. She has taken all the necessary courses required for the Rural Electric Director Certification. Malcom is past president of Western United Electric Supply Corporation.
