Eric Keller is the former President and CEO of Movaris, a software company that automates and unifies the financial close, SOX compliance, and financial reporting processes. In 2008, Movaris was acquired by TrinTech Group, a leading provider of integrated financial governance, transaction risk management, and compliance solutions. Mr. Keller brings more than 20 years of experience as a financial executive in high-growth technology companies and has worked with companies in capital goods, services and health care. His business background encompasses corporate and international finance, public offerings, acquisitions, intellectual property licensing and financial information systems. Throughout his career, Keller has built strong finance functions to support rapidly expanding technology companies and has completed more than $400 million of private and public financings. He has extensive experience in corporate compliance with government agencies including the SEC and the FDA, and served as chairman of the board of Marimba Inc. prior to BMC Software's acquisition of Marimba in 2004. Keller's CFO experience includes Aspect Communications, Corio Inc., Dionex Corporation, and Ventritex Inc.
Kurt Garbe has served as a director of the Company since August 1999 and is currently the President and CEO of Movaris, a provider of enterprise business process management solutions. Mr. Garbe brings with him more than 20 years of management experience in the enterprise software market. In those 20 years Mr. Garbe has served as the COO for Asera, Inc., executive vice president of field operations for U.S. Web/CKS, vice president and general manager of professional services at Synopsys, Inc., and vice president and partner at Gemini Consulting.

Steve Yankovich, founder and chief technical officer, is responsible for the company's technology strategy. He founded Movaris with the vision of bringing to market a business process management platform that was significantly easier to use and on which powerful business applications could be quickly built. Mr. Yankovich is the driving force behind the company's process automation technology and has built a patent portfolio (3 issued, 4 pending) on his work at Movaris. Prior to founding Movaris, Mr. Yankovich spent 6 years as the Director of IC Development and Corporate CAD at HaL Computer Systems and was responsible for developing the software/hardware environment used to design the worlds first 64-bit superscalar SPARC computer . Earlier, he spent 5 years at Aida, an engineering software startup that was later sold to Teradyne, managing the technical support and quality assurance team. Before that, Mr. Yankovich spent 4 years as design engineer at Trilogy Systems.

Joe Nicholson, vice president of marketing, brings over 25 years of technology and marketing management experience to Movaris, in a career that spans all phases of the software business. Prior to joining Movaris, Nicholson served as vice president of marketing and business development at DecisionPoint, before its acquisition by Teradata last year. He also served as vice president of platform marketing at Informatica, driving its expansion from providing tools to delivering data integration solutions. Before Informatica, Nicholson was vice president of marketing at both Merant and Borland and co-founded the GIS Market Group at Autodesk, building and launching three successful product lines.

Robert Wadsworth has served as a Network Engines director since 1999. He has also served as managing director of HarbourVest Partners, LLC since 1997 and managing director of Hancock Venture Partners, Inc., an affiliate of Network Engines. Robert is a member of the board of directors of several domestic and international private companies, as well as the following publicly held companies: Concord Communications, Inc., ePresence, Inc. (formerly Banyan Systems, Inc.), Switchboard, Inc., and Trintech Group PLC.
Tim Haley is a founding partner of Redpoint Ventures. Prior to founding Redpoint, Tim was a general partner with IVP, a firm he began working with in 1987 and joined in 1998. Tim focuses on investments in enterprise software and software infrastructure. Tim currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Homestead Technologies, Inc., Movaris, M7, Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) , and Reflect.com. He also led investments in ChemConnect, Inc., Onebox.com (acquired by OpenWave), Kendara (acquired by @Home) and Responsys, Inc. Prior to joining IVP full-time in 1998, Tim was the principal of Haley Associates, one of the premier executive recruiting firms in the high technology industry. Tim was instrumental in the formation of numerous successful companies, including Alteon Networks, Crescendo Communications (acquired by Cisco Systems), Epigram (acquired by Broadcom), Ipsilon Networks (acquired by Nokia), OnStream Networks (acquired by 3Com), Portera Systems, Primary Access (acquired by 3Com), Virage (IPO 2000), Whistle Communications (acquiredd by IBM), Whitetree (acquired by Ascend Communications) and Zip2 (acquired by Compaq Computer). Tim received his B.A. in Philosophy from Santa Clara University.

With a decade of experience in venture capital, Erik has been a catalyst for Cleantech in Silicon Valley and abroad. He leads MDV's Cleantech investment team and applies his expertise in areas of solar, biofuels, energy storage, industrial biotech and clean coal. Prior to MDV Erik worked at Interval Research Corp., a technology incubator funded by Paul Allen, and at Los Alamos National Laboratory as a technical staff member. He also consulted to several seed and early stage venture capital firms. While pursuing a PhD in engineering at Stanford, Erik led an interdisciplinary project between the electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering departments to develop a next-generation monitoring system for critical facilities. He holds a U.S. patent from his research work. Erik serves on the advisory council of the Stanford Precourt Institute for Energy Efficiency, as well as on the advisory boards of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP), Stanford's BASES, NVCA Cleantech Council, and Cleantech Venture Network. He is a winner of the 2006 World Technology Award for Finance, presented by the World Technology Network, in association with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Dow Chemical, Cisco, TIME magazine, Fortune magazine, Science magazine/AAAS, Red Herring, and CNN. Erik earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from Harvey Mudd College and both doctoral and master's degrees from the Stanford University School of Engineering.
