Arvind has over 26 years of experience in client, business and technology management, and has driven technology strategy and implementation globally. His experience with financial institutions as well as software and services entities in various cities across Asia, Africa, Europe and USA enriches our global technology perspective. Prior to this role, Arvind was Chief Operating Officer of 3i Infotech Inc., responsible for U.S. strategy and operations. In his previous roles, he worked with ICICI Bank, IBM, Chase Manhattan Bank and MphasiS. At MphasiS, he was the Regional Business Manager at Houston till March 2001. Arvind holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and is an alumnus of BITS, Pilani, India.

Deepak joined the Board of the Company effective 1 November 2006. Deepak has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from M.S. University of Baroda. Prior to his current role, he was Chief Operating Officer of MphasiS Group. At EDS, Deepak was Vice President, Best Shore Strategic Investments and Business Development in addition to other positions. He was also Principal/Senior Manager, SAP Practice at Price Waterhouse, LLP and prior to that Senior SE & Chief Technologies, Manufacturing Technology Group at EDS in addition to other positions. Deepak has twenty years of experience in the information technology sector and his professional services span roles as diverse as infrastructure outsourced operations, consulting services, alliance management, sales and marketing and manufacturing engineering. He is on the Boards of Shivani Corporation and Gopi Krishna Ventures.

Raj Patil, in this role, will be responsible for global revenues and client services of MphasiS? Applications and ITO towers. Raj has over 18 years of experience in the Information Technology and Outsourcing space. He has worked with Fortune 500 clients across various industries in United States and India to implement successful technology and off shoring strategies. Prior to this role, he was heading sales and client relationships for MphasiS? North America Applications business and was instrumental in driving the growth for the region. Raj joined MphasiS from Max Ateev, an IT services and technology subsidiary of Max India. He co-founded Health+ Cast, a company developing leading edge integration platforms for the healthcare provider network, and MindCrossing, a company based in Silicon Valley developing enterprise knowledge management solutions. He also worked with Infinity Financial Software, Inc., a software company focused on Mortgage Lending solutions. Raj holds a BS degree and MS degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Dinesh Venugopal is responsible for leading the development of innovative, industry leading solution offerings that will help fulfill MphasiS vision to be the leader in Outsourcing 2.0. He also drives Corporate Portfolio Management process that reflects and fulfills MphasiS' strategic priorities. Dinesh has more than 15 years of experience in building industry leading Enterprise Software products. In his previous role, he was the R&D head at BMC Software for the Remedy ITSM Product suite business. He was responsible for driving the strategy and product development for the suite that included the industry's No.1 ITIL based Service Desk/Help Desk, Change and Asset Management solutions. In one of his earlier jobs as Director of Engineering at Marimba Inc, a leading Silicon valley startup, Dinesh led the development of award-winning, next generation products in the Data Center Automation, and Desktop and Mobile Management space. He also has extensive experience in leading global teams, including more than six years in off-shoring enterprise product development to India, Israel, Canada, and Ukraine. Dinesh holds a Bachelors degree in Technology from College of Engineering, Trivandrum in India, and a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana.

Nawshir Mirza is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having qualified in the year 1973. He spent most of his career with Ernst & Young and its Indian member firm, S.R.Batliboi & Co, Chartered Accountants, and its predecessor firm, Arthur Young, being a Partner from 1974 to 2003. He joined the Board of MphasiS in January 2004.

Tom Erhardt is a representative of EDS on the Board of the company. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. At EDS, Erhardt is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the EDS Asia Pacific region. In this role, he is responsible for the EDS Financial team supporting business units in Asia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and India. His responsibilities also include overseeing the operational performance management on a day to day basis. This involves the Annual Plan development, forecast updates, EDS Corporation financial briefings, Sales development and support. Erhardt joined EDS in January, 1985. His experience here includes key roles in finance, sales, new business development, and business relations, supporting a wide range of business units and clients based in Europe, and United States. As CFO for the NMCI account, Erhardt was responsible for rebuilding the finance team and instituting controls and processes to provide consistent and transparent understanding of financial performance of the contract, leading to a profitable turnaround.

Mr. Tony Glasby joined the Board of MphasiS in October 2008. At EDS, Mr. Glasby is Vice President of Finance in the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Previously, he was Vice President and Treasurer of EDS, responsible for all domestic and international treasury activities including pension management, corporate investments, risk management and insurance. Mr. Glasby joined EDS in 1987 and has held progressively responsible positions in corporate treasury and controller organizations. Mr. Tony Glasby holds a bachelor?s degree in finance / business management from the University of Westminster. He is also a fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. Glasby has been a featured speaker at industry conventions and bank-sponsored events and published articles on a variety of treasury-management topics.

Vinita Bali joined the Board on March 30, 2007. Vinita holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and has an MBA degree from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies of Bombay University. She has acquired additional qualifications in Business and Economics from Michigan State University and has interned at the United Nations headquarters in New York. Vinita started her career with Voltas in India in 1977. In 1980, she joined Cadbury India as Brand Manager and went on to working in the UK, Nigeria and South Africa, where she also served on Cadbury Boards. In 1994, she moved to the Coca-Cola Company in the USA as the world wide Marketing Director of Coca-Cola. During her ten years at Coke she also served as President of the South Latin Division and Head of Strategy, with responsibility for the company's worldwide business strategy and new initiatives. Currently, Vinita is the Managing Director of Britannia Industries Limited, India. She is also on the Boards of Britannia New Zealand Foods Limited, Go Airlines (India) Private Limited, Titan Industries Limited, Gujarat Glass Ltd., Britannia New Zealand Holdings Private Limited, Mauritius, Britannia & Associates (Mauritius) Private Limited and Britannia & Associates (Dubai) Company Limited. Vinita has also served on the Board of the Centre for Strategic & International Studies, Washington, a non-profit organization.
