Lee is a graduate of Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in French. Lee's business career started with Budget Rent-a-Car where she became Director of Marketing. Following a successful career with Budget, Lee was recruited by the Rank, PLC the owners of the Hard Rock Caf? and other international themed restaurants as National Director of Sales. Today as President of the MRCGroup, Lee oversees the day-to-day operations of both MRCFocus and MRCPhone working to assure the highest in customer satisfaction and service deliverables. Lee is very active in the Las Vegas community as well as being a top-ranked tennis player in the US Amateur Tennis Association

Brian brings to MRCGroup 25 years of experience in planning and directing financial and operational activities at the divisional level. Having worked previously as Financial Consultant, CFO, and Controller for several large corporations, Brian is vital to ensuring that our vast range of services and resources are utilized to their maximum which allows MRCGroup to offer the most competitive rates in the business.

Alesha Merritt began her career at MRCGroup in 1999 conducting surveys as a MRCFocus on-site interviewer. In 2000, Alesha was promoted to MRCFocus facility hostess and again was promoted to facility manager in 2003. Alesha works to ensure MRCFocus client needs are being met and that their experience at MRCFocus is both enjoyable and comfortable.

A Las Vegas native, Renee has been an active member of the Market Research Industry for ten years. Having worked as both Field Supervisor and Office Manager for a major Market Research firm before coming on board at the MRCGroup. Her strong management skills and creative mind have made her a favorite project manager to our clients. In addition to working closely with our field supervisors during the setup and fielding of every project, Renee has the "can-do" attitude that our clients appreciate, and ensures the high quality of project management and research for which the MRCGroup is known. Renee' is actively involved in the day-to-day as well as post-fielding operations of our facility, Renee personally supervises every stage of our clients' projects from beginning to end. Whatever our client needs may be, Renee is personally responsible to see that they are met to complete satisfaction.

As a Senior Programmer for MRCGroup, Matthew possesses a great depth of market research knowledge, from questionnaire authoring and programming, to the processing and analysis of client data. Matthew brings to MRCGroup over ten years of experience in the market research industry and is proficient in multiple CATI, data processing and tabulation products. His logic-minded approach and ability to work creatively with clients to deliver the ideal final product make Matthew an invaluable part of the MRCGroup team.
