Mr. Wienkoop joins MSC Software from BDNA Corporation where he served as the president and chief operating officer.
Mr. Wienkoop has held the position of president and chief operating officer at Portal Software where he was responsible for all company operations and the development of a new enterprise corporate strategy. He served as president and chief operating officer at Structural Dynamics Research Corporation (SDRC) prior to its acquisition by EDS in 2001. During his tenure at SDRC he led the transformation from a packaged software provider to an integrated enterprise solutions provider with Teamcenter becoming the PLM leader ultimately resulting in SDRC's acquisition. Before SDRC Mr. Wienkoop was the division president at Cognex Corporation. He also held several executive positions at Honeywell-Measurex Corporation including division president, executive vice president of marketing and engineering, vice president corporate business development, and vice president of sales and services.
Mr. Wienkoop completed executive programs at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, California Institute of Technology and Stanford University. He holds an MBA from the University of West Florida and a masters and bachelors degree in engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

He previously served as senior vice president of business administration, secretary and general counsel at Structural Dynamics Research Corporation (SDRC) prior to its acquisition by EDS in 2001. During his 17 year tenure at SDRC, Mr. Mongelluzzo directly participated in all aspects of SDRC's business and was responsible for legal and contractual support of SDRC's sales, services and product development organizations, and management of all acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures.

Mr. Meyer has over 20 years of senior marketing and management experience with software and technology-based companies. He joins MSC from Worksoft where he served as vice president of marketing. During his tenure, he successfully led product strategy, product management as well as marketing communications. Prior to Worksoft, Andrew spent four years at Websense as their vice president of marketing where as a senior member of the management team they became the dominant leader in their market - growing revenue from $17 million in 1999 to more than $110 million in 2003. His tenure also included the introduction of a business model that led to one of the most successful IPOs of 2000. His prior experience includes serving as vice president and general manager of the manufacturing systems division and vice president product marketing for Epicor Software. Andrew was also the director of product marketing at Sales Technologies and Scientific-Atlanta. Mr. Meyer began his career as a mechanical engineer for McDermott International. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of New Orleans and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

David Jones joins MSC.Software from Sun Microsystems where he held the position of chief technologist for the global data center practice in the client solutions organization providing leadership and definition to the solutions brought to market as well as providing support to strategic global projects. Prior to this role, Mr. Jones held several critical leadership positions at Sun including principal engineer, US data center solutions director and chief architect of the Western field organization. His valuable experience in the Industry is diverse and includes parallel processing research for a major oil company, clinical trial systems for life sciences, as well as research for the USDA. Mr. Jones has 20 years of experience in architecture, engineering and IT management with degrees and credentials in chemistry, computer science, and computer engineering from the University of Irvine and California State Polytechnic University.
