Mr. Stohler, is a member of the Advisory Board of Schultze Asset Management, LLC. He recently retired as Vice President, Marketing & Planning for Masco Tech, Inc., and is currently Vice President-Marketing & Planning for MSX International, a global automotive engineering services company. Mr. Stohler has spent over forty years working in the automotive, heavy truck and aftermarket industries in both domestic and international operations. Prior to joining Masco Tech in 1989, he was Vice President of worldwide sales and marketing for ITT Automotive, a global manufacturer of antilock braking systems and electronics. Previously, Mr. Stohler held various management positions with Rockwell, Dana Corporation and Perfect Circle Corporation. Mr. Stohler is a past Director of Oakland University, Past Chairman of MEMA, five-year member of the MEMA-JAMA Board, Executive Director Automotive Hall of Fame, and a past member of the Automotive Parts Advisory Council (APAC), a U.S. Chamber of Commerce appointment. Mr. Stohler has been a member of SAE for 40 years. Mr. Stohler is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Breed Technologies, a Schultze Asset Management, LLC portfolio company and was nominated for that directorship by the firm. Mr. Stohler is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advance Management Program and earned a B.S. in Business and Economics from Butler University.
