MTM Technologies Inc.

With over 25 years of experience in information technology, Steven Stringer joined MTM Technologies in October 2004 and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Stringer was previously Chief Executive Officer of Rhythms NetConnections, Inc., a national provider of digital subscriber line services, which operated one of the largest DSL networks in the United States, serving 60 major markets with 67,000 digital subscriber lines in service. Prior to that time, he was an executive with GE Capital IT Solutions, a world-wide provider of IT products and services, ultimately serving as its Global Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for 14,000 employees in 150 locations and 15 countries.

J. W. (Jay) Braukman, III, joined MTM Technologies in September 2006 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Braukman’s experience includes 23 years with General Electric Company, where he held numerous executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer of several divisions which generated billions of dollars in revenue and employed thousands of associates worldwide. In addition to his experience at GE, Mr. Braukman most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Cleartel Communications, Inc., a privately-held telecommunications company. His prior experience also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of Chiquita Brands International, Inc., Chief Operating Officer of ITC Deltacom, Inc., and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rhythms NetConnections, Inc. Mr. Braukman holds a BBA from the University of Cincinnati.

John Carne was appointed Chief Information Officer in February, 2007. Named as one of the most influential CIOs by Consumer Products Technology magazine, John's background includes over 25 years of IT experience and demonstrates a proven record of improving business IT operations and profits. Prior to his appointment, John served as Director of Information Systems for Invensys Process Systems, a leader in the automation and optimization of industrial process plants, in Foxboro, MA. Previously, John was Vice President Business Process Architecture for American Power Conversion, a manufacturer of network critical protection infrastructure equipment and uninterruptible power supplies located in Kingston, RI. John earned his Bachelors degree in Finance from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT and his Masters degree in Information Systems from Iona University in New Rochelle, NY.

Dave Shimp joined MTM Technologies as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in February 2005. Mr. Shimp previously served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Rhythms NetConnections, Inc., a public telecommunications company. During his tenure there, the company grew from 135 people to 2500 people in a 24-month period, and his team earned statewide recognition for the quality of the company's employee communication program. Mr. Shimp's career also includes seven years of experience with McKinsey and Company, Inc., over ten years of retained executive search experience with several national firms, general management experience as President of a privately held manufacturing company, and global facility planning experience with Monsanto Textiles Company.

John Centinaro brings over 25 years of IT industry experience to his role as Senior Vice President of National Services for MTM Technologies. Mr. Centinaro joined MTM Technologies in 2001, first as Senior Vice President of Service Operations, and then as Eastern Region President. Mr. Centinaro previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Alphanet Solutions, where he led the company's transformation to a professional IT network infrastructure services leader in the areas of network design, operation, management, and security, as well as Internet services. Between 1978 and 1992, Mr. Centinaro served in several roles of increasing responsibility, culminating as the National Service Manager for Memorex Telex Corporation.

Mike Muehlberg joined MTM Technologies in September 2004, and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Field Operations. Mr. Muehlberg previously served as Vice President of Field Services for Rhythms NetConnections Inc. From June 1996 through December 1999. Mr. Muehlberg was an executive with GE Capital IT Solutions, serving in a variety of sales and operational roles. For the eight years prior to this, he was employed by AmeriData Technologies, Inc., last serving as Vice President of US Distribution.

With 28 years experience in the IT industry, Yvonne Gluck is responsible for leading key strategic planning activities for the company. Ms. Gluck has held various positions with MTM Technologies since joining the company in 2004, including Vice President, Field Operations, Vice President, Information Technology, and Vice President, Integration. Previously, Ms. Gluck was Director of Operations at APAC Customer Services where she was responsible for driving operational process improvements and best practices throughout the organization. Ms. Gluck has held senior executive positions at Modis Corporation, Rhythms NetConnections, Inc., GE Capital IT Solutions and Forsythe Computers.

Thomas Wasserman has served as a director since August 2005. Mr. Wasserman is vice president of Constellation Ventures, focusing on the firm's investments in communications, IT, and media, with particular emphasis on hosting and network services, media transport technologies, and traditional media. In addition to serving on MTM Technologies' board of directors, he also serves on the board of directors of The Gospel Music Channel, and serves as an observer on the board of directors of Verance Corp and Net Insight, AB. Mr. Wasserman was formerly senior manager of corporate development at 360Networks, a global telecommunications service provider funded by Providence Equity, Madison Dearborn, the Sprout Group, and other private equity funds. At 360Networks, he was responsible for strategic relationships with hardware vendors, other service providers, and strategic customers. In addition, Mr. Wasserman also worked on minority investments, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private financings. Prior to 360Networks, Mr. Wasserman was an associate at Charterhouse Group International, a $1 billion middle market private equity fund. While at Charterhouse, he focused on telecommunications and technology investments. Prior to Charterhouse, Mr. Wasserman worked in investment banking with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Mr. Wasserman has received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, graduating with distinction.

Jed Ayres has more than a decade of experience in partner management and marketing. Before joining MTM Technologies in October 2005, he held senior sales and marketing positions at Megapath Networks, a national broadband service provider, and Rhythms NetConnections, Inc., a data Competitive Local Exchange Carrier serving residential and business customers nationwide. Prior to that, Jed was a Location General Manager with GE Capital IT Solutions, successfully driving IT infrastructure outsourcing sales and marketing efforts within the greater San Francisco Bay area. Jed holds a BS in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and an MBA from San Francisco State University.

Alvin E. Nashman has served as a director since 1998. He has been an independent consultant in the field of computer service for the past ten years. Dr. Nashman is a director of James Munroe Bancorp Inc., a NASDAQ Stock Market listed commercial bank.

Keith B. Hall has served as a director since February 2008. As the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LendingTree, Inc., a division of InterActive Corp. (IACI), Mr. Hall helped lead the one-time fledgling company to profitability and raised $150 million in capital, including overseeing the company's initial public offering in 2000. His 30 years of industry experience include financial analysis, accounting, investor relations, strategic planning, process redesign and international operations. Mr. Hall serves as a member of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Electronic Clearing House, Inc., a NASDAQ Stock Market listed provider of electronic payment and transaction processing services, and NewRiver, Inc., a private Internet company serving the mutual fund industry. Mr. Hall is also on the Board of Trustees of Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
