Mullen Group Income Fund

Mr. Murray Mullen is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mullen and has held these positions since 2001. From 1991 until September, 2004, Mr. Mullen held the positions of President and CEO. Mr. Mullen joined Mullen in 1977 after graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree and has served in various capacities with Mullen. He has been instrumental in the growth of Mullen and has directed the acquisitions undertaken by Mullen.

Mr. David Olson is the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Mullen. In this capacity he has responsibility over all financial and accounting issues. Mr. Olson joined Mullen in 1984 after working as a controller for a group of manufacturing companies. He graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree and has been a Chartered Accountant in Alberta since 1978 (Manitoba 1973).

Mr. Bruce Mullen is a Senior Vice President of Mullen. In this capacity he is responsible for the growth and development of Oilfield Services. Mr. Mullen joined Mullen in 1977. He has served in various industry task forces and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Services Association of Canada and the Petroleum Industry Training Service.

Mr. Norm Shupe is Vice President, Operations, a position to which he was appointed in January, 2004. In this role, he is responsible for equipment purchasing, maintenance, operating facilities & properties, licensing and compliancy issues. Mr. Shupe joined Mullen Trucking in 1976 and has served both Mullen Trucking and Mullen Group Income Fund in several different operational roles. Mr. Shupe graduated from Mullen's Business Management Certificate Program in 1995.

Mr. Richard Maloney is Vice President, Safety & Loss Prevention, a position to which he was appointed in January, 2005. In this role, he has responsibility for Health, Safety and Risk Management issues. Mr. Maloney commenced his employment with Mullen in 2000 and has held a variety of administrative and business development roles within the company and its subsidiaries. Mr. Maloney graduated from Royal Roads University in 2003 with a Masters of Business Administration degree. Mr. Maloney currently is a member of the Board of Management of the Alberta Economic Development Authority with membership on the transportation committee.

Ms. Roberta Wheatcroft is Corporate Secretary of Mullen, a position to which she was appointed in June, 2006. Prior to this appointment she held the position of Corporate Secretary with Producers Oilfield Services Inc. Ms. Wheatcroft is responsible for corporate regulatory compliance for Mullen and its operating businesses and assisting the Board and Executive as required. Ms. Wheatcroft graduated from Mount Royal College with a Diploma in Secretarial Arts (Legal) in 1990.
