Multi-Fineline Electronix Inc.

Reza Meshgin is president and chief executive officer of MFLEX. Mr. Meshgin was appointed to this position in March 2008. He was then appointed as a director in April 2008. Having established a proven track record of leading the company as a senior executive, Mr. Meshgin demonstrated strategic and operational leadership excellence as president and chief operating officer since 2004. He was appointed vice president and general manager in 2002. Mr. Meshgin has proven himself to be an innovative and talented engineer throughout his tenure with the company. His strategic approach has played an instrumental role in the significant growth of MFLEX over the years, including the major expansion of the company’s overseas manufacturing capacity. Additionally, he championed the company’s ongoing strategic initiative to substantially diversify the MFLEX customer base, to include a broader range of leading electronics manufacturers. In fiscal 2006, a single key customer represented 86 percent of net sales. Within one year, Mr. Meshgin led his team to achieve the company’s strategic initiative, yielding an impressive gain in customer diversity. In fiscal 2007, four global manufacturers of portable handheld devices represented approximately 95 percent of the company’s net sales. Mr. Meshgin began his career at MFLEX in 1989, serving as the application engineering manager. He was then promoted to director of engineering, and telecommunications division manager. Mr. Meshgin holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Wichita State University and a master of business administration from the University of California at Irvine.

Dr. Bill Beckenbaugh is vice president and chief technology officer of MFLEX. He was appointed to this position in September 2007. He brings 30 years of senior level leadership to MFLEX as a former chief executive officer, chief technology officer and vice president of a variety of companies. His career experience is focused on advancing PCB interconnect, components, and scalable micro-electronics assembly systems. Dr. Beckenbaugh has been instrumental in developing corporate research organizations, formulating industry technology roadmaps, and building strategic university relationships in advanced manufacturing research throughout his career. Most recently, Dr. Beckenbaugh was the vice president of operations for Akrometrix, LLC, a privately held spin-off of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Previously, Bill held senior R&D leadership positions at Sanmina-SCI, HADCO and Motorola, and Western Electric-Engineering Research Center. Dr. Beckenbaugh holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois, and a doctorate degree in physical chemistry from Rice University in Houston, Texas. He also completed postdoctoral research at Eidgennoessische Technische Hochschule, Laboratory for Solid State Physics, in Zurich, Switzerland. He holds numerous patents and has received professional recognition for his contributions throughout his career to the advancement of printed circuit technology.

Matthew Wolk is vice president, corporate development and chief strategy officer of MFLEX. Mr. Wolk was appointed to this position in March 2008. He is responsible for developing and ensuring the successful implementation of corporate strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnership development, and incubating new ideas and projects that support the company's vision. Mr. Wolk brings over twenty-five years of diversified, domestic and international experience in global-1,000 operations, management consulting, and corporate venture fund management to MFLEX. He is recognized for his expertise in the development and execution of business strategies, growth strategies, M&A planning and integration, and company revitalization. Ensuring that MFLEX’s decision making and operations are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives is a top priority for Mr. Wolk. Using unique business process and frameworks, he also manages the business intelligence activities needed to effectively execute the company’s strategy. Prior to joining MFLEX, Mr. Wolk held senior executive positions with Royal Philips Electronics NV and Cable & Wireless Plc., was a partner in the management consulting firm of A.T. Kearney Inc. and was Managing Partner of Invigorate Management Consulting, LLC. Experienced in serving on public, private, non-profit, and advisory boards, Matt teaches an adjunct board strategy curriculum, and is a graduate student mentor for the EMBA program at the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California Irvine.

Thomas Liguori is chief financial officer and executive vice president of MFLEX. Mr. Liguori was appointed to this position in February 2008 and brings a unique combination of experiences spanning 25-year plus career with companies of various size and across a range of industries. Mr. Liguori most recently served as chief financial officer at Hypercom, Inc. where he designed and built the global finance and administration functions. Focusing on creating financial planning and cost analysis functions, expanding the information available for strategic and operational decision making. Earlier, as chief financial officer at Iomega Corporation, Mr. Liguori provided financial leadership aimed at returning the company to profitability and developing a global product cost system. While at Channell Commercial Corporation, he successfully steered the company’s financial organization during periods of significant change. Mr. Liguori served as chief financial officer of Dole Europe, for Dole Food Company and was the top-ranking financial and IT executive in the company’s $1.6 billion operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. His financial leadership contributed to growth in Dole’s international business. He also participated and contributed to the success of multiple corporate development transactions and acquisitions. Early in his career, Mr. Liguori was vice president of finance at Teledyne Inc. and a manager of cost analysis in the Computer Information Systems Division at Honeywell, Inc. Mr. Liguori holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, summa cum laude, from Boston University and completed a master’s degree in business administration in finance, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University. He is a certified management accountant and a certified financial manager.

Thomas A. Lee is executive vice president, operations and program management of MFLEX. Mr. Lee was appointed to executive vice president, operations in October 1986 and vice president, program management in October 2008. He leads the MFLEX global teams for applications engineering, program management, customer service, and new product introduction. He has been instrumental in the company’s expansion of manufacturing to Suzhou, China as well as Pontian, Malaysia. Under his leadership, MFLEX has expanded to seven global manufacturing sites. During his 22-year career with MFLEX, Mr. Lee has held several key positions in design engineering, manufacturing and quality organizations, including management positions as manufacturing manager and director of operations. Mr. Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Rangoon Institute of Technology in Burma.

Christine Besnard is vice president, general counsel and secretary of MFLEX. Ms. Besnard was appointed to this position in March 2006, after serving MFLEX as general counsel since August 2004. She provides legal advice to senior management, as well as preparing company legal filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Ms. Besnard also negotiates and drafts the company’s commercial contracts. Prior to her position at MFLEX, Ms. Besnard was senior corporate counsel at Sage Software, Inc., where she handled the company’s commercial contracts as well as mergers & acquisitions. She also advised the company and its affiliated entities on statutes, regulations and judicial decisions impacting the company’s business practices. Earlier, Ms. Besnard served as a corporate securities associate at Pillsbury, Madison and Sutro LLP. Her responsibilities included providing counsel to public companies on SEC reporting and compliance requirements, as well as advising companies during the process of initial public offerings and venture capital financing. Previously, Ms. Besnard was a summer intern at the SEC and was also an associate financial consultant at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith. Ms. Besnard received a bachelor’s degree in political science from San Diego State University in 1992 and a juris doctorate from the University of Southern California Law Center in 1997, where she was senior editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal from 1991-1992. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997.

Don Pucci is vice president, sales and marketing of MFLEX. Mr. Pucci was appointed to this position in October 2007. Mr. Pucci is responsible for global sales and technical support as well as managing the company’s branding initiative. Mr. Pucci joined MFLEX in October 2004 as director of strategic marketing with a variety of responsibilities, including the diversification of the company’s customer base. As a senior executive, Mr. Pucci has achieved major accomplishments in the fields of operations, sales, technology and project/general management. He has successfully grown manufacturing operations and improved corporate profitability. Mr. Pucci has participated in the funding and integration of acquisitions for the organizations he has served throughout his career. Prior to joining MFLEX, he was president and chief executive officer of Pronto Circuit Technologies, a closely held manufacturer of printed circuit boards serving domestic customers in diverse markets. Additionally, Mr. Pucci served as chief technology officer and vice president of technology, quality and high tech operations at HADCO Corp. Prior to HADCO, he was director and general manager at Teradyne Inc. He also held various senior management and engineering positions at Digital Equipment Corp. Mr. Pucci holds a bachelor’s degree in applied chemistry, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts and has attended several management training programs at Harvard Business School and Boston University. He has been an active member of the American Electronics Association as well as a member and speaker for various industry associations.

Hedley Lawson, Jr. is vice president, global human resources of MFLEX. Mr. Lawson was appointed to this position in September 2006. He brings over twenty-five years of experience as a senior corporate executive and strategy consultant to MFLEX, where he is responsible for the company’s global human capital strategy and organizational excellence initiatives. Mr. Lawson has worked with domestic and global boards of directors, executive committees, organizational leadership and business teams for start-up and pre-IPO companies, as well as global publicly-traded corporations. Prior to joining MFLEX, Mr. Lawson held senior executive positions in high technology, financial services, software development and provided strategic consulting. He served as senior vice president global human resources for Fair, Isaac and Company, Inc.; senior vice president human resources and quality management and vice president Americas for SOLA International, Inc.; vice president human resources for QuantumShift Communications, Inc.; and managing partner of Aligned Growth Partners, LLC. He has a strong record of accomplishment in human resource management which includes successfully aligning global human resources organizations with corporate strategies and business objectives, talent management and development strategies. Mr. Lawson holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Sonoma State University and a master’s degree in human resources management and organizational development from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He is also a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania executive development and financial management programs.

Lance Jin is vice president and managing director, china operations of MFLEX. Mr. Jin was appointed to this position in October 2008. He is responsible for MFLEX China Operations. Mr. Jin joined the company in May 1995. Mr. Jin previously served as vice president, program management and was instrumental in the diversification of MFLEX’s global customers and implementation of early supplier involvement programs with global customers. He has held a variety of positions during his 14-year career at MFLEX including; director of business development, telecommunications division manager, program manager and application engineer. Prior to joining MFLEX, Mr. Jin was responsible for business development at the China National Import/Export Corporation. Mr. Jin holds a bachelor’s degree in optical engineering from ZheJiang University in China and a master’s of science in optics and fine mechanics from the China Academy of Science. Lance received a master’s degree in business administration from National University in San Diego.

Sam Yau became a member of our board of directors in June 2004. Since 1997, Mr. Yau has been a private investor. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Yau served as Chief Executive Officer of National Education Corporation. From 1993 through 1994, Mr. Yau served as Chief Operating Officer of Advacare, Inc., a medical services company. Mr. Yau currently serves as a member of the board of directors of SRS Labs, Inc., a provider of audio and voice technology solutions, and New Horizons Worldwide, Inc., an independent information technology training company. Mr. Yau previously served as Chairman of the Forum for Corporate Directors in Orange County and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Integrative Medicine at the College of Medicine, University of California in Irvine. Mr. Yau holds a B.S.S. in economics from the University of Hong Kong and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Choon Seng Tan has served on our Board since January 2005. Since December 2004, Mr. Tan has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of WBL Corporation Limited, a multi-national company listed on the Singapore Exchange and parent company of Wearnes Technology Pte. Ltd. and United Wearnes Technology Pte. Ltd. Mr. Tan served as the Vice President and Managing Director, South East Asia of Hewlett-Packard Singapore, an IT product and services company from June 2002 through November 2004. From 1996 through 2002, Mr. Tan served in various senior management roles with Compaq Computer Corporation, including Vice President and Managing Director of Compaq Computer Asia and Corporate VP, Director and Director of Finance and Strategic Planning for Compaq Computers Asia Pacific. Mr. Tan held various management positions at Hewlett-Packard Far East Ltd. from 1989 through 1996, including Director-Finance and Human Resources and Chief Financial Officer, Singapore. Mr. Tan holds as B.A.C.C. from the University of Singapore.

Donald Schwanz joined the MFLEX board of Directors in April 2008. In October 2007 Mr. Schwanz retired from CTS Corporation after serving as Chairman and CEO since 2001. CTS Corporation, (NYSE: CTS) is a global manufacturer of electronic components and sensors and provider of electronic manufacturing services for a wide variety of industries. Before joining CTS, Mr. Schwanz spent 20 years with Honeywell International (NYSE: HON) in a variety of management positions, including President of Honeywell's Industrial Controls business and before that as President of Honeywell's Space and Aviation Controls business. Mr. Schwanz also spent approximately 12 years with Sperry Univac before joining Honeywell. Mr. Schwanz graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1966 with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1968 he earned a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard's Graduate School of Business. Mr. Schwanz is also a member of the board of directors for PNM Resources, Inc. (NYSE: PNM), a utility serving both regulated and unregulated markets in the southwestern portion of the U.S.

Huat-Seng Lim, Ph.D., has served on our board of directors since December 2001. Since July 2001, Dr. Lim has served as the Group General Manager of Wearnes Technology Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of WBL Corporation Limited, and has served on the boards of directors of several of Wearnes Technology Group's subsidiaries and associate companies. From 1995 to 1998, Dr. Lim served as Vice President and Managing Director Asia Pacific of Packard Bell NEC Inc. and, from 1989 to 1994, Dr. Lim served in various capacities, and finally as a Vice President and a division officer of Compaq Computer Corporation. He also held senior management positions in several multinational corporations, including Digital Equipment Corporation and Sime Darby Berhad. Dr. Lim has also served as a professor at the University of Science of Malaysia and as a computer consultant to the Prime Minister's Department of Malaysia. Dr. Lim holds a B.E.E. (Honors) from the University of Queensland, Australia and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of London, United Kingdom.

Linda Y. C. Lim, Ph.D., became a member of the board of directors in March 2008. Dr. Lim is a faculty member at the University of Michigan where she has been a professor of strategy at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business since 2001. She is also the director of the Center for Southeast Asian Studies, a member of the executive committees of the Center for International Business Education, the Office of International Programs and the Center for Chinese Studies, and a faculty associate of the Center for Japanese Studies and the Center for South Asian Studies. Dr. Lim also has consulted for many organizations, including various U.S. companies, private think tanks, United Nations agencies and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Between January 1998 and August 2006, Dr. Lim was a director of NASDAQ listed Woodhead Industries, an industrial communications provider. She holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Cambridge University, a master of arts from Yale University in economics and a doctorate in economics from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Lemaitre retired in November 2006 as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Woodhead Industries, Inc. upon its sale to Molex. Before joining Woodhead in 1999, Mr. Lemaitre was Corporate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of AMP, Inc. and was also in charge of AMP Computer and Telecom Business Group Worldwide. Prior to joining AMP, Mr. Lemaitre was an Executive Vice President of TRW, Inc. and also General Manager of TRW Automotive Electronics Group Worldwide. He previously held various management and research engineering positions with TRW, Inc., International Technegroup, Inc., General Electric Company and Engineering Systems International. Mr. Lemaitre also serves as a director of Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. He holds a Master of Civil Engineering degree from Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics, Paris, France, and a Master of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley, California. Mr. Lemaitre has served as a Director of the Company since June 2007.
