Reza Meshgin is president and chief executive officer of MFLEX. Mr. Meshgin was appointed to this position in March 2008. He was then appointed as a director in April 2008. Having established a proven track record of leading the company as a senior executive, Mr. Meshgin demonstrated strategic and operational leadership excellence as president and chief operating officer since 2004. Dr. Bill Beckenbaugh is vice president and chief technology officer of MFLEX. He was appointed to this position in September 2007. He brings 30 years of senior level leadership to MFLEX as a former chief executive officer, chief technology officer and vice president of a variety of companies. His career experience is focused on advancing PCB interconnect, components, and scalable micro-electronics assembly systems. Dr. Beckenbaugh has been instrumental in developing corporate research organizations, formulating industry technology roadmaps, and building strategic university relationships in advanced manufacturing research throughout his career. Most recently, Dr. Beckenbaugh was the vice president of operations for Akrometrix, LLC, a privately held spin-off of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Matthew Wolk is vice president, corporate development and chief strategy officer of MFLEX. Mr. Wolk was appointed to this position in March 2008. He is responsible for developing and ensuring the successful implementation of corporate strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnership development, and incubating new ideas and projects that support the company's vision. Thomas Liguori is chief financial officer and executive vice president of MFLEX. Mr. Liguori was appointed to this position in February 2008 and brings a unique combination of experiences spanning 25-year plus career with companies of various size and across a range of industries. Mr. Liguori most recently served as chief financial officer at Hypercom, Inc. where he designed and built the global finance and administration functions. Thomas A. Lee is executive vice president, operations and program management of MFLEX. Christine Besnard is vice president, general counsel and secretary of MFLEX. Ms. Besnard was appointed to this position in March 2006, after serving MFLEX as general counsel since August 2004. She provides legal advice to senior management, as well as preparing company legal filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Ms. Besnard also negotiates and drafts the company’s commercial contracts. Prior to her position at MFLEX, Ms. Besnard was senior corporate counsel at Sage Software, Inc., where she handled the company’s commercial contracts as well as mergers & acquisitions. Hedley Lawson, Jr. is vice president, global human resources of MFLEX. Mr. Lawson was appointed to this position in September 2006. He brings over twenty-five years of experience as a senior corporate executive and strategy consultant to MFLEX, where he is responsible for the company’s global human capital strategy and organizational excellence initiatives. Lance Jin is vice president and managing director, china operations of MFLEX. Mr. Jin was appointed to this position in October 2008. He is responsible for MFLEX China Operations. Choon Seng Tan has served on our Board since January 2005. Since December 2004, Mr. Tan has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of WBL Corporation Limited, a multi-national company listed on the Singapore Exchange and parent company of Wearnes Technology Pte. Ltd. and United Wearnes Technology Pte. Ltd. Mr. Tan served as the Vice President and Managing Director, South East Asia of Hewlett-Packard Singapore, an IT product and services company from June 2002 through November 2004. From 1996 through 2002, Mr. Tan served in various senior management roles with Compaq Computer Corporation, including Vice President and Managing Director of Compaq Computer Asia and Corporate VP, Director and Director of Finance and Strategic Planning for Compaq Computers Asia Pacific. Donald Schwanz joined the MFLEX board of Directors in April 2008. In October 2007 Mr. Schwanz retired from CTS Corporation after serving as Chairman and CEO since 2001. CTS Corporation, (NYSE: CTS) is a global manufacturer of electronic components and sensors and provider of electronic manufacturing services for a wide variety of industries. Before joining CTS, Mr. Schwanz spent 20 years with Honeywell International (NYSE: HON) in a variety of management positions, including President of Honeywell's Industrial Controls business and before that as President of Honeywell's Space and Aviation Controls business. Mr. Schwanz also spent approximately 12 years with Sperry Univac before joining Honeywell. Huat-Seng Lim, Ph.D., has served on our board of directors since December 2001. Since July 2001, Dr. Lim has served as the Group General Manager of Wearnes Technology Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of WBL Corporation Limited, and has served on the boards of directors of several of Wearnes Technology Group's subsidiaries and associate companies. From 1995 to 1998, Dr. Lim served as Vice President and Managing Director Asia Pacific of Packard Bell NEC Inc. and, from 1989 to 1994, Dr. Lim served in various capacities, and finally as a Vice President and a division officer of Compaq Computer Corporation. Linda Y. C. Lim, Ph.D., became a member of the board of directors in March 2008. Dr. Lim is a faculty member at the University of Michigan where she has been a professor of strategy at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business since 2001. She is also the director of the Center for Southeast Asian Studies, a member of the executive committees of the Center for International Business Education, the Office of International Programs and the Center for Chinese Studies, and a faculty associate of the Center for Japanese Studies and the Center for South Asian Studies. Dr. Lim also has consulted for many organizations, including various U.S. companies, private think tanks, United Nations agencies and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
