Mr. Uhler, revered as the industry expert in the wet infrastructure sector, oversees the company's worldwide operations and strategic direction. Charting the company's global growth and expansion, he holds numerous board of director posts at the holding and operating company levels, and maintains significant relationships with key MWH clients. Mr. Uhler's leadership has strengthened the company's impressive reputation, expanding MWH's products, markets and technology expertise into new growth arenas. Wendy Hunt - Independent Director - Ms. Hunt joined the Global Hope Board of Directors in the Summer of 2006. She is Vice President of Human Resources for MWH Global, Inc., a Broomfield-based engineering firm.

Jen Gelmini is an environmental engineer at MWH Global in Walnut Creek where she has been wokring since August of 2005. She graduated from UC Berkeley in 2004 with her bachelor's in civil engineer and again in 2005 with her master's of science in environmental engineering. While at UC Berkeley, Jen was the Pubilicty Chair and the Industry Liaison, both positions giving her insight into the inner workings of being an ASCE officer. During her year as secretary, Jen hopes to help with the effort to boost membership and acitivity levels in the section. Outisde of engineering, Jen enjoys reading, watching way to many TV shows (Lost, Heroes, 30 Rock, The Black Donnelly's, just to name a few!), and soaking in the beautiful Northern California weather. She has also been spending a lot of time preparing for the PE in April, although no one would accuse her of enjoying that.

As Chairman of MWH, Mr. Tolaney supervises key global client relationships and directs specific company growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. With more than 41 years of industry experience, Mr. Tolaney has been one of the company's key architects of organizational expansion.

Mr. Krause directs the company's worldwide operations, and is a member of the MWH Global, Inc., MWH Americas and MWH International Board of Directors. Previously, Mr. Krause served for six years as President of MWH Natural Resources, Industry & Infrastructure (NRII) Services. This operation, now part of MWH Americas, Inc., included the global energy, mining, hydropower, dams, industrial, transportation and infrastructure business units. With 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Krause holds a Master of Science in Geological Engineering degree from the University of Nevada Mackay School of Mines, and attended the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Charles L. (Jerry) Henry is a member of the Board of Directors of Georgia Gulf Corporation, and is the retired Chairman and CEO of Johns Manville Corporation.
