As Vice President, Client Development Group Leader, Mr. Romano is responsible for the development of NEW's potential client base of Global 2000 companies, as well as maintaining existing revenue accounts. In this role, he oversees Client Management, Marketing, Product Development, Client Implementation and New Business Development for the company's U.S. business. Mr. Romano has been involved with client management, relationship building and account planning experience in the extended warranty industry within NEW since 1992. He has cultivated and managed relationships with leading companies such as OfficeMax, Wal-Mart, SAM'S Club, Lowe's, The Sports Authority and Best Buy. Prior to his role as Vice President, Mr. Romano spent two years as Client Management Director within the company. In that capacity, he guided the portfolio of high-profile service solutions accounts, such as Kmart, SAM'S Club and Best Buy, leading his team to increase revenue by $20 million within the core solutions category. During this period, he was also responsible for growing a relationship with Service Merchandise from $6 million to $27 million in three years. Before acting as Director, Mr. Romano served over four years in client management positions, managing and maintaining fee-based accounts such as Priority Services and Philips. As Mr. Romano began his professional career with NEW, he was responsible for generating and maintaining protection plans and customer care solutions for clients, such as the Whirlpool Convenience Program. Mr. Romano is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance.

Steven Voss joined NEW as Vice President, Treasurer and Finance Group Leader in January of 2002. In this role, Mr. Voss is responsible for directing NEW's accounting, finance, pricing and business analysis functions. Mr. Voss brings to NEW significant experience in the areas of financial and strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development. Before joining NEW, he was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for iSky, a customer relationship and loyalty management company based in Laurel, Maryland. Prior to iSKY, Mr. Voss held several senior financial and corporate development positions, including Vice President of Finance for Magellan Health Services (NASDAQ: MGLN) and Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Acquisitions for Magellan's behavioral health subsidiary. Mr. Voss began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP in the Pittsburgh office, where he was a manager in their consulting practice. A graduate of Duquesne University, Mr. Voss is a Certified Public Accountant.
As NEW's Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Feely is responsible for NEW's most important asset, its employees. In this role, she oversees the company's strategy for employee acquisition and retention; its employee relations, training and organizational development functions; as well as its benefit and compensation plans. In addition, Ms. Feely and her staff are responsible for fostering and preserving NEW's unique cultural values and principles. Ms. Feely has been professionally involved with successful domestic and international Human Resources organizations since 1988. Most recently, Ms. Feely was Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for LCC International, Inc. At LCC she was instrumental in successfully positioning the global Human Resources function as a business partner, managed high volume recruiting of over 600 employees per year, and worked closely with the Compensation Committee and Board of Directors to design and implement programs. Prior to her tenure at LCC International, Ms. Feely was the Director of Human Resources at InterRealty Corporation, and previously held a variety of human resources management positions with increasing responsibility at Learning Tree International, Inc. and USLICO Corporation. Ms. Feely earned her Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University and a Bachelor's Degree from West Liberty State College. Ms. Feely is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) with the World at Work Organization. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

As vice president of Call Center Operations, Ms. Neale is responsible for NEW's DirecTV program which encompasses half of our call center employees. Ms. Neale oversees the strategic and day-to-day operations of the DirecTV account to ensure its overall success. Prior to NEW, Ms. Neale was vice president of North American Operations for Percepta, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ford Motor Company and TeleTech. In this role, she was responsible for global development, deployment and oversight for Corporate Professional Services, including: Quality Systems and Services (including maintenance and annual renew of global ISO registrations), Training, Project Launch and Workforce Planning and Administration. She was also instrumental in ramp and steady state operational and P&L performance for call centers in Florida, Michigan, and Canada servicing divisions of Ford Motor Company and Ford Motor Credit Company. Ms. Neale also held VP roles with Sitel Corporation and APAC Customer Services. Ms. Neale attended Fayetteville Technical Institute in Fayetteville, NC. Kevin Duffy joined NEW in February 1998 after serving as a consultant with the company. In that role, Mr. Duffy analyzed the business as a whole while developing and implementing process improvements that garnered the company significant increases in efficiencies and effectiveness. Mr. Duffy's responsibilities as Vice President of Service Operations include the procurement and continuing management of NEW's independent 3rd party service provider network and the claims management function. It is through this network that NEW is able to fulfill its value proposition by repairing or replacing customer-owned product via these high quality, customer-focused service centers. Since joining NEW, Mr. Duffy has developed the company's client implementation team, successfully helped our clients outsource many of their service management functions, and initially managed the manufacturer service solutions pyramid. Mr. Duffy has been in management consulting since 1990 and spent the majority of that time with Gemini Consulting in Europe and the US. He specialized in business process re-engineering and the implementation of strategic client initiatives that had measurable, quantifiable results. Mr. Duffy received his bachelor's degree and an MBA from St. Louis University.

Luke Kathol, Vice President of Quality and Service Management, is responsible for all in-home and carry-in field service as well as customer satisfaction/quality improvements across internal systems and processes. As the head of Quality and Service Management, Mr. Kathol oversees the procurement and continuing management of NEW's independent 3rd party service provider network and repair depots. It is through this network that NEW is able to fulfill its value proposition by repairing or replacing customer-owned products via high quality, customer-focused service centers. Mr. Kathol brings extensive experience in designing, developing and implementing customer care, customer satisfaction and quality re-engineering solutions to NEW. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President, Professional Services Group for iSKY, a leading customer loyalty management company. While at iSKY, Mr. Kathol designed and developed customer care systems and customer centric business solutions for fortune 1000 companies. Prior to iSKY, Mr. Kathol was the Eastern Regional Director, OEM accounts and operations for J.D. Power and Associates where he was instrumental in designing and implementing quality and service process solutions. He has also worked in instructional design for Hughes Aircraft Company. Mr. Kathol earned his bachelor's degree in Curriculum Design/Secondary Education from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and a master's degree in Instructional Systems Design from San Diego State University.

As Vice President of Strategic Operations Development, Mr. Malnati oversees the identification and implementation of system initiatives designed to enhance NEW's market leadership position. Additionally, he is responsible for enhancing the operational and financial performance through a systemic approach to identify and implement opportunities on a multi-faceted level, including the company's growth, quality, operational and financial objectives. Mr. Malnati has been in the field of information technology including software development and integration, data warehousing and mining since 1985, and at the executive-level since 1994. Some of the organizations he has led prior to joining NEW, include iSKY where he served as Chief Information Officer. In this role, he successfully led the development of a 4-tier strategy that produced CRM services and applications that accounted for 21% of the company revenue. Mr. Malnati also acted as Director of Delivery for the Chicago branch of Cap Gemini where he managed over 20 million in annual projects using a ISO 9001 based approach. He has also owned his own consultancy practice, and held key positions with Montgomery Wards and Electronic Data Systems earlier in his career. Mr. Malnati earned a MBA from Seattle University and a bachelor's of arts in business administration from the University of Washington.

As Vice President, Actuarial and Risk Solutions for NEW, Mr. Zarember is responsible for the maximization of the profitability of insurance arrangements and for the strategic analysis, positioning and pricing of major programs. Mr. Zarember has been working in the areas of pricing, modeling and underwriting since 1990. He has a strong background in warranty pricing, rating and modeling. Before joining NEW, he worked for American International Group as Pricing Manager for their warranty division (AIG Warranty). Prior to AIG, Mr. Zarember held marketing and actuarial positions at Insurance Services Office. Mr. Zarember is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and has the distinction of being the only Fellow directly employed in the extended service plan industry. In addition, he is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and a graduate of Cornell University, where he received a bachelor's degree in industrial and labor relations.
