Mary Budge joined Secure Computing in November 1996. As senior vice president, secretary and general counsel for Secure, Ms. Budge provides legal counsel and guidance to the corporate officers and the board of directors and advises all company executives on the legal aspects and business considerations of activities within their respective areas. Prior to joining Secure, Ms. Budge was an attorney for Schwegman, Lundberg, Woessner & Kluth where she specialized in trademark and copyright law. Ms. Budge is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association, and holds a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.

Mike Gallagher has more than 15 years' experience in the networking, cryptography and Internet industries. Prior to joining Secure Computing in 1999, Mr. Gallagher held the position of vice president of software and systems engineering with Datakey, Inc., an industry leader in smartcard solutions. In this position, Mr. Gallagher was instrumental in delivering the industry's first cryptographic smartcard and corresponding software products to the marketplace. Mr. Gallagher brings over eight years of previous experience with Unisys, where his responsibilities spanned product architect roles to multi-product management responsibilities. As senior vice president of product development for Secure Computing, Mr. Gallagher is responsible for the strategy of and product development for all of the company's products. Mr. Gallagher holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse.

Paul Henry, Secure Computing's vice president of technology evangelism, is one of the world's foremost global information security experts, with more than 20 years' experience managing security initiatives for Global 2000 enterprises and government organizations worldwide. At Secure Computing, Mr. Henry plays a key role in launching new products and re-tooling existing product lines. He is frequently cited by major and trade print publications as an expert on both technical security topics and general security trends, and serves as an expert commentator for network broadcast outlets such as NBC and CNBC. Mr. Puricelli has been a private investor since 2001.In 2006 Mr. Puricelli became a managing partner of the general partner of CP Secured Growth Fund LP, a blended investment partnership investing half its assets in early state companies and half its assets in senior life settlements. Prior to that he was a General Partner of Costine Associates, L.P., which is the general partner of Corporate Venture Partners, since its inception in April 1988.
