Edward L. Brunot has served as our Senior Vice President and President and Chief Operating Officer of MDV since February 2009. Mr. Brunot joined Nash Finch in July 2006 as our Senior Vice President, Military. Mr. Brunot previously served as Senior Vice President, Operations for AmeriCold Logistics, LLC from December 2002 to May 2006, where he was responsible for 29 distribution facilities in the Western Region. Before that, Mr. Brunot was Vice President of Operations for CS Integrated from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Brunot served as a Captain in the United States Army and holds a BS degree from the United States Military Academy, West Point and an MS degree from the University of Scranton.

"Cal Sihilling joined Nash Finch in 2006 and most recently served as CIO of AmeriCold Logistics, a leading third-party provider of supply chain solutions in the consumer packaged goods industry. He was responsible for the oversight of Information Technology (IT), Transportation, Project Support, and the National Service Center. Before that, Cal was CIO of the Eastern Region of Richfood Holdings, Inc./SuperValu Inc. for three years. In the ten years prior, he was Vice President, Information Systems at Alex Lee, Inc. Prior to that, Cal held various leadership positions servicing IT systems at such companies as Pepsico Food Systems, Dr. Pepper Company and Electronic Data Systems. Cal holds a BS from the Northrop Institute of Technology. "

"Robert Dimond joined Nash Finch in 2007 from Wild Oats Markets Inc., a leading national natural and organic foods retailer. While at Wild Oats he served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President since April 2005. Bob previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Nash Finch from 2000 to 2004. Prior to Nash Finch, Bob was Group Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the western region of The Kroger Company and served as Vice President, Administration and Controller for Smith's Food and Drug Centers. Bob earned his BS degree in accounting from the University of Utah and is a Certified Public Accountant. "

"Christopher Brown joined Nash Finch in 2006. From 2003 to 2006, Christopher served as Chief Executive Officer of SimonDelivers, Inc., a leading online grocery delivery company. While at SimonDelivers he spearheaded the design and implementation of a new company structure which resulted in sales volumes and gross profit margin improvements. He also led significant customer service and convenience enhancing initiatives. Prior to joining SimonDelivers Christopher was the Executive Vice President, Merchandising at Nash Finch from 1999 to 2003 where he was responsible for all merchandising, procurement, marketing, category management, and advertising. During the eight years prior, he held various management positions of increasing responsibilities at Richfood Holdings, Inc. Christopher holds a BS degree in Business Administration - Marketing from Winona State University. "

"Jeff Poore joined Nash Finch in May of 2001 as Vice President of Distribution and Logistics, at which time he was responsible for overseeing and managing the Company's warehouse, transportation and logistics operations. In August 2004, Jeff was named Senior Vice President Military. Prior to joining Nash Finch, he was Vice President of Logistics for the Eastern Region of Richfood Holdings, Inc./ SuperValu Inc. He has also served in a variety of strategic and distribution roles for Computer Sciences, Hills Department Stores, Payless ShoeSource and Payless Cashways. Jeff holds a BA in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. "

Ms. Wilson has been Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) since September 2008. As CAO, Ms. Wilson oversees several key corporate functions including Human Resources, Investor Relations, Communications and Information Technology. Prior to joining NRG, she served as Vice President, Human Resources Operations with Metris Companies Inc. and Director, Human Resources with General Electric ITS.

"Kathy Mahoney most recently served as Interim General Counsel and Secretary at Nash Finch. She joined the Company in 2004 as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. Prior to working at Nash Finch, Kathy was the Managing Partner in the St. Paul Office of Larson King, LLP. She also spent 13 years with the law firm of Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly, LLP. Kathy also worked as Special Assistant Attorney General in the Minnesota Attorney General's Office for six years. Kathy earned her JD degree from Syracuse University College of Law, cum laude, and a BA from Keene State College. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Minnesota State, Wisconsin State and Ramsey County Bar Associations. "

Mr. Grunewald has been a director since September 1997. From September 1993 to January 1997, Mr. Grunewald served as the executive vice president, chief financial officer and secretary of Polaris Industries Inc., a manufacturer of snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles and personal watercraft. Mr. Grunewald currently serves as a director and chairman of the audit committee of Restaurant Technologies, Inc., a supplier of full service cooking oil management systems to restaurants and as a director and chairman of the audit committee of Keystone Mutual Funds, a management investment company. Mr. Grunewald also serves on the board of Rise, Inc., a charitable institution providing occupations for handicapped and disabled children, and as a member of the audit committee of the Bethel College Foundation. Mr. Grunewald holds a bachelor s degree in business from St. Cloud State University and an MBA in business finance from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Grunewald holds a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified management accountant (CMA) designation. Mr. Grunewald is also a certified director as designated by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

"Sam Duncan began his career in 1969 at a Southern California Albertson's store as a courtesy clerk and was promoted to various store management, district management and merchandising positions, eventually being named Albertson's director of operations in 1991. He joined Fred Meyer, a major food and general merchandise retailer, in 1992 as vice president of the grocery department, and was promoted through the executive merchandising ranks. Mr. Duncan was named executive vice president of Fred Meyer's food division in 1997, and in 1998, when Fred Meyer acquired Ralph's Super Markets, Mr. Duncan was named president of the Ralph's division. In 1999, Kroger acquired Fred Meyer (1998 sales: $15 billion). Mr. Duncan was appointed president of Fred Meyer in 2001. Most recently, Mr. Duncan served as president and chief executive officer of Shopko Stores, Inc., a $3.2 billion (2004 sales) general merchandise retailer headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin, which he joined in 2002. Shopko's retail operations include more than 360 stores in the Midwest, Mountain and Pacific Northwest regions of the U.S. Shopko announced on April 8, 2005 that it agreed to be purchased by the private equity firm of Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison. Mr. Duncan joined OfficeMax in 2005 as president and chief executive officer. Later that year he was unanimously elected chairman by the company's board of directors. "
