Olympic Cascade Financial Corporation, a Delaware corporation organized in 1996 ("Olympic" or the "Company"), is a financial services organization operating through its wholly owned subsidiary, National Securities Corporation, a Washington corporation organized in 1947 ("National"). National conducts a national securities brokerage business through its main offices in Seattle, Washington and New York, New York, as well as 36 other branch offices located throughout the country, and one office outside the country. National's business includes securities brokerage for individual and institutional clients, market-making trading activities, asset management and corporate finance services. National provides a broad range of securities brokerage and investment services to a diverse retail and institutional clientele, as well as corporate finance and investment banking services to corporations and businesses. National's brokers operate as independent contractors. A registered representative who becomes an affiliate of National establishes his own office and is responsible for the payment of expenses associated with the operation of such office, including rent, utilities, furniture, equipment, stock quotation machines and general office supplies.

Marshall S. Geller , 68, Director, has been a member of the Board since June 2006. He is the co-founder and Senior Managing Director of St. Cloud Capital, a Los Angeles-based private investment fund formed in December 2001. He is also Chairman, CEO and founding partner of Geller & Friend Capital Partners, Inc., a private merchant bank formed in November 1995. Mr. Geller has spent more than 40 years in corporate finance and investment banking, including 21 years as Senior Managing Director for Bear, Stearns and Company, with oversight of all operations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Hong Kong and the Far East. Mr. Geller also serves as a member of the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles.
