Jonathan joined NMHC as Vice President of Legal Affairs and Compliance in December 2001. Jonathan's experience includes corporate mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, regulatory compliance, consumer protection and privacy issues, commercial transactions and technology licensing. Prior to joining NMHC, Jonathan was an associate at a major New York City law firm and was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel to a publicly traded company. At NMHC, Jonathan continues to focus on corporate acquisitions and financings, Federal and State regulatory compliance and licensing, drafting and negotiating contracts in connection with the Company's core businesses and Exchange Act reporting. Jonathan holds a BA (with honors) in History from Dickinson College. He earned his JD from St. John's School of Law and graduated cum laude. At St. John's, he was also the Articles and Notes Editor of the Law Review.

Robert Kordella joined NMHC as Chief Clinical Officer in 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmacy industry. During his 10 year tenure with PharmaCare (formerly Eckerd Health Services, Inc.), Bob led a PBM operations team that successfully managed a $2.3 billion drug spend and limited per member per year (PMPY) spending growth to 8.4 percent, an accomplishment that drew industry acclaim. As Chief Clinical Officer at NMHC, Bob executes the strategic direction of NMHC with regard to clinical account management, clinical systems, clinical program development, and clinical operations. Bob received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. He went on to receive his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business.

Harry Durity, Senior Advisor, joined the New Mountain team in May 2005. From 1994 - 2005, Mr. Durity was the Senior Vice President, Worldwide Business Development at Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: ADP), a provider of computerized transaction processing, data communication, and information services worldwide. He headed ADP's merger and acquisitions group and was a member of ADP's executive committee. Prior to ADP, Mr. Durity worked for Revlon Consumer Products Company as a senior vice president of corporate development, where he also served as a member of the executive committee at the company. Prior to Revlon, Mr. Durity was president of the Highlands Group, a boutique investment advisory firm based in Atlanta. Prior to the Highlands Group, Mr. Durity served as a vice president of corporate development for RJR Nabisco. Mr. Durity also served as a senior consultant for Arthur D. Little in their managerial economics department and started his career with Firestone Tire & Rubber Company as the chief economist. Mr. Durity received his B.A. from Western Maryland College with additional studies in merger and acquisition at the Darden School, University of Virginia. Mr. Durity holds a master's degree from Washington State University. He is a director of National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc. and a member of the advisory board of Sonenshine Partners.

Michael B. Ajouz, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2000. He was previously associated with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. from 1998 to 2000, where he conducted extensive analytical evaluations in over 20 industries. From 1996 to 1998 he was an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Departments of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he evaluated and executed a number of strategic transactions. From 1995 to 1996 he was an analyst at the economic consulting firm, Cornerstone Research. He received his B.S., summa cum laude, in Economics with a concentration in finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in May, 1995. He is a director of Apptis, Inc., National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc., Deltek, Inc., Connextions, Inc., Inmar, Inc. and Oakleaf Global Holdings, Inc.
Michael Flaherman, Managing Director, joined the New Mountain team in January 2003. Before joining New Mountain, Mr. Flaherman most recently served as Chairman of the Investment Committee of CalPERS, the nation's largest pension system with approximately $150 billion in assets. In his capacity as chairman, Mr. Flaherman led board decision-making on all aspects of CalPERS' investment strategy, including asset allocation, as well as CalPERS' investment program in domestic and international equity and fixed income, real estate and private equity. His role also included oversight responsibility of CalPERS' investment operations, comprising 130 investment staff and nearly 300 external investment manager and consultant relationships. Mr. Flaherman is a graduate of Harvard College and has a master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is a director of National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc. and Ikaria Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Robert R. Grusky is the Founder and Managing Member of Hope Capital Management, LLC, an investment manager, since 2000. He co-founded New Mountain Capital, LLC, a private equity firm, in 2000 and was a Principal and Member from 2000 to 2005, and has been a Senior Advisor since then. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Grusky served as President of RSL Investments Corporation. From 1985 to 1997, with the exception of 1990 to 1991 when he was on a leave of absence to serve as a White House Fellow and Assistant for Special Projects to the Secretary of Defense, Mr. Grusky served in a variety of capacities at Goldman, Sachs & Co., first in its Mergers & Acquisitions Department and then in its Principal Investment Area. He is also on the Board of Directors of AutoNation, Inc., and AutoZone, Inc., as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of Hackley School. Mr. Grusky has served on the Board since 2001, and is a member of the Audit Committee of the Board. He holds a bachelor s degree in history from Union College and an MBA from Harvard University. Mr. Robert L. Johnson is the Founder and Chairman of The RLJ Companies, which owns or holds interests in companies operating in the banking/financial services, real estate, hospitality, professional sports, film production, gaming and automotive industries. Mr. Johnson is the founder of Black Entertainment Television (BET), a subsidiary of Viacom and the leading African-American operated media and entertainment company in the United States, and served as its Chief Executive Officer until January 2006. In 2002, Mr. Johnson became the first African-American majority owner of a major sports franchise, the Charlotte Bobcats of the NBA. From 1976 to 1979, he served as Vice President of Governmental Relations for the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA). Mr. Johnson also served as Press Secretary for the Honorable Walter E. Fauntroy, Congressional Delegate from the District of Columbia. He also serves on the following boards: KB Home, Lowe s Companies, Inc., NBA Board of Governors, Deutsche Bank Advisory Committee, The Business Council, The Johns Hopkins University, and the Smithsonian Institution s National Museum of African American History and Culture. Mr. Johnson has served on the Board since 2003, and is a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board. He holds a bachelor s degree in social studies from the University of Illinois and a master s degree in international affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
