Michael D. Hays has served as Chief Executive Officer and a director since he founded the Company in 1981. He was appointed to the additional role of President of the Company in July 2008, a position in which he also served from 1981 to 2004. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Hays served for seven years as a Vice President and a director of SRI Research Center, Inc. (n/k/a the Gallup Organization).

Jona Raasch was appointed President of The Governance Institute, the leading provider of governance knowledge and solutions for the CEOs and trustees of hospitals and health systems, in May of 2006. Ms. Raasch has been involved with hospitals and health systems at all levels for the majority of her career. As the Chief Operating Officer for National Research Corporation (NRC), Ms. Raasch spent 22 years helping hospitals and health systems measure and improve the areas of quality, communication, education, and client satisfaction. Additionally, she worked very closely with a panel of industry experts whose focus is to develop and implement initiatives to improve the patient experience. Ms. Raasch is a member of the National Research Corporation's Advisory Board and has served as an advisor to the board of the Picker Scandinavia, Germany and Switzerland offices.

Patrick E. Beans, 51, has served as Vice President, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a director of the Company since 1997, and as the principal financial officer since he joined the Company in August 1994. From June 1993 until joining the Company, Mr. Beans was the finance director for the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Commission, a five-state compact developing a low-level radioactive waste disposal plan. From 1979 to 1988 and from June 1992 to June 1993, he practiced as a certified public accountant.

Lita supervises NRs select corps of executive interviewers, maintaining the most rigorous standards in this difficult area of data collection. She also advises clients on appropriate questionnaire design, administration and interviewing techniques. Lita has extensive experience in all phases of executive interviewing including more than thirteen years with NR, and holds a degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.

Duties and Responsibilities: Ms. Shumansky oversees and directs all Health Plans research project activities and is the key Client Service contact and liaison for NRC Health Plans clients. Jennifer provides leadership to the entire Account Team, while collaborating with Health Plans clients to ensure they understand and are able to most effectively use their data. Jennifer conducts individualized and ongoing client needs assessments resulting in the design, implementation and evaluation of client-specific measurement and improvement plans. Ms. Shumansky is responsible for on-site client training and creates and provides foundational and ongoing education for all levels within the client organization while facilitating their interpretation and use of the research results to improve the member experience.

Lynn supervises all aspects of the phone operation including interviewer training, productivity management, quality control and scheduling. Her extensive background includes more than fifteen years with NRLLC and five years as manager of a survey center for an internationally recognized public opinion firm.

Prior Work Experience: Prior to joining NRC+Picker in 2002, Ms. Hoppes managed a nationally-owned imaging company in Lincoln, Nebraska. Her primary responsibility was converting paper files to digital or microfilmed images for archival purposes. Among her clients were many local and regional hospitals, clinics, schools and businesses. Before joining the imaging facility, Ms. Hoppes was employed by a mail-order company for more than 19 years, where she worked in a variety of departments, including Quality Assurance, Receiving, Customer Service/Inbound Call Center, and Group Systems Support. The majority of her employment was spent in the customer service and call center area where she managed a 120-seat call center and up to 140 representatives. Becki has been a member of the Health Plans team since 2006.

Christina manages all coding, entry, and reporting of the survey data, and has extensive experience in using Wincross, the tabulation program, as well as SPSS. She has been involved in all aspects of the survey process in her more than six years with National Research. Christina majored in Computer Science and Math at George Mason University.

Steve has more than eight years experience with National Research, handling all aspects of the computer assisted telephone interviewing on ACS-Query XM. His undergraduate work was at the University of Wisconsin in Political Science and Journalism; he also holds a Masters degree from The Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University.

Duties and Responsibilities: Mr. Maheshwari, along with primary team members, support clients working within health plan organizations by providing Measurement & Improvement based analyses. Ashish creates accurate and on-time data deliverables for internal and external clients with whom he works. These reports rely upon an understanding and utilization of sound Measurement & Improvement design, in-house reporting tools, and appropriate statistical techniques. Mr. Maheshwaris understanding of measurement results and improvement opportunities promotes understanding and application of the findings for internal associates and external clients. Ashish is the analytical expert on the team. He is able to clearly communicate statistical knowledge and processes to clients and other team members.

Duties and Responsibilities: Mr. Bogner is responsible for assisting with various duties related to Health Plans project set-up, maintenance, and client deliverables. Jeff processes and reviews client data files as they arrive, and coordinates the processing of those files with other individuals in our Operations and Client Services teams. Jeff regularly interfaces with client IT contacts to ensure that data transfer is occurring securely and consistently. In addition, Jeff provides direct support to the entire Health Plans team.

John N. Nunnelly, 56, has served as a director of the Company since December 1997. Mr. Nunnelly has been Vice President of Strategic Planning at McKesson Corporation, a leader in the healthcare information industry, since April 2005. Mr. Nunnelly has served in various other positions during his 24 year tenure with McKesson, including Group President of Resource Management and Home Health Solutions, Vice President and General Manager of the Amherst Product Group and Vice President of Sales-Decision Support. Mr. Nunnelly also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Massachusetts, teaching information technology in the School of Nursing.

Paul C. Schorr III, 72, has served as a director of the Company since February 1998. Mr. Schorr has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of ComCor Holding Inc., an electrical contractor specializing in construction consulting services, since 1987. Mr. Schorr is also a director of Western Sizzlin Corp. and Ameritas Life Insurance Corp.
