Mark Joyce, CPA, has been the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NationaLease since 2004, where he previously served as Corporate Controller and then as Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining NationaLease in 2001, Mr. Joyce was Corporate Controller of the Goeken Group Corporation and Subsidiaries from 1999 to 2001. He was a Manager, Internal Control Specialist and Continuing Education Instructor at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP from 1992 to 1999. Mr. Joyce is a licensed CPA in the State of Illinois and is a member of various professional associations. Mr. Joyce serves on the Scholarship Award Committee of the Illinois CPA Society and on the Board of Directors of Hearts for Hope at Hope Children's Hospital. He received his B.S. from John Carroll University and his MBA from DePaul University.
