Dr. Sharad Mansukani serves as a senior advisor of Texas Pacific Group, a private equity investment firm, and serves on the faculty at both the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University Schools of Medicine. Dr. Mansukani is also chief strategic officer for NationsHealth, Inc., a supplier of prescription drugs. Dr. Mansukani previously served as senior advisor to the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, or CMS, from 2003 to 2005, and as senior vice president and chief medical officer of Health Partners, a non-profit Medicaid and Medicare health plan owned at the time by Philadelphia-area hospitals. Dr. Mansukani completed a residency and fellowship in ophthalmology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a fellowship in quality management and managed care at the Wharton School of Business. Dr. Mansukani serves as a director of IASIS Healthcare, LLC, an owner and operator of acute care hospitals, Matrix Laboratories Limited, a pharmaceutical manufacturer, and Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Inc., an ophthalmologic pharmaceutical company.

Mr. Rice has been a Manager of the Company and a Director of MFH and MFC since December 2006. From January 1992, he has been the Managing Partner of RSTW, a private Equity and Mezzanine fund. Since December 2005, he has served as Chairman and CEO of Ascend Acquisition Corp. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of NationsHealth, Inc.

Mike Tabris has managed the public relations, public affairs and communications programs of several Fortune 100 companies and is a crisis communications expert. Based in South Florida, Mike serves a cross-section of clients across the country, including highly respected PR agencies and high-tech companies such as Advanced Micro Devices and ParkStone Medical Information Systems. He lectures, writes and is quoted frequently on the subject of public relations. As director of public affairs and communications for Occidental Chemical Corp., he established a comprehensive crisis management program, including extensive media education and executive training efforts regarding the company's involvement in the Love Canal environmental issue. He is recognized as the architect for the aggressive PR and advertising program that enabled Occidental to re-establish its positive reputation. During his tenure as director of PR for Celanese Fibers, Mike managed many sensitive issues for the company, including matters involving the environment, controlling flammability and carcinogens in children's clothing, affirmative action litigation, domestic and international product marketing, the introduction of a tobacco substitute and safety in the workplace. As director of corporate public affairs for Philip Morris, he managed the company's public outreach on issues involving smoking and health. As vice president of corporate affairs for Mack Truck, he developed public relations programs to reshape corporate identity as well as address highly charged, heavily publicized union-related issues. As vice president of public relations for the Greater Cleveland Hospital Association, Mike was a driving force in the association's Health Quality Choice Program and was heavily involved in the "New Cleveland" campaign, which was instrumental in the city's turnaround. Mike began his public relations career at United Parcel Service, where he managed UPS's employee communications and media relations programs as the company was taking its first significant strides toward becoming the world's largest transportation company. He has extensive media relations experience and has dealt with "60 Minutes" with Mike Wallace, "Nightline" with Ted Koppel and numerous other media. Mike, a member of the Public Relations Society of America for more than 30 years, is a graduate of New York University.
