Jerry Jurgensen is chief executive officer of Nationwide, one of the largest diversified insurance and financial services companies in the world. He was elected to this position in July 2000. With an emphasis on financial discipline and an improved corporate culture, Jurgensen has led Nationwide to high levels of performance. During his tenure, Nationwide's net income has increased from $138 million in 2001 to $2 billion in 2006 and 2007. Jurgensen previously served as executive vice president of Bank One Corporation, where he headed corporate banking and commercial banking products. Prior to that, he was executive vice president of Norwest Corporation. He is a member of numerous business and civic organizations, including the boards of the Law Enforcement Foundation of Ohio, Ohio State University Hospital and Nationwide Children's Hospital. He also is a member of the Financial Services Roundtable, The Ohio Business Roundtable, The Business Roundtable, Columbus Downtown Development Corporation and The Columbus Partnership. He is co-chair of the Ohio Governor's Public-Private Collaborative Commission. Additionally, Jurgensen serves on the board of Achieve, Inc., and is a member of the Business Higher Education Forum. He also serves on the board of directors for ConAgra Foods, Inc. Jurgensen earned a bachelor's degree in finance and an MBA from Creighton University.

James Lyski is executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Nationwide. He is responsible for corporate strategy, corporate marketing, brand management, advertising, and communications for all Nationwide companies. He was elected to this position in October 2006. Lyski previously served as senior vice president for strategy, product and marketing at CIGNA HealthCare, Inc., and was previously vice president for U.S. marketing at FedEx. At CIGNA, Lyski was responsible for corporate strategy, brand management, advertising, promotions, product development, marketing research and corporate communications. Prior to CIGNA, he served as chief operating officer of Atabok, Inc., a Boston-based technology company. At FedEx, where he had an 11-year career, he was responsible for advertising, global brand management, telemarketing, small business and consumer marketing, retail marketing and key customer marketing. Lyski serves on the Board of Trustees for the Wexner Center Foundation. Lyski graduated from the University of Oregon with an MBA and a bachelor's degree in journalism.

Terri L. Hill has been Executive Vice President Chief Administrative Officer of NFS and several other Nationwide companies since September 2003. She was Senior Vice President Human Resources/Operations for Scottsdale Insurance Company (Scottsdale), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NMIC, and its affiliates from December 2000 to September 2003; Vice President Human Resources/Communications of Scottsdale from May 1997 to December 2000; and Vice President Human Resources of Scottsdale from October 1996 to May 1997. Ms. Hill was Vice President Human Relations from February 1985 to September 1996 at American Express, a diversified worldwide travel, financial and network services company, and Director of Personnel for Bullock s Department Stores, a department store retailer, from August 1981 to February 1985.

Mr. Finney is president and chief operating officer of Moreland Fruit Farm Ltd. in Wooster, Ohio. He is past president of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, the Ohio Fruit Growers Society, Wayne County Farm Bureau and the Westwood Ruritan Club. He is a board member of the American Berry Cooperative. He served on the executive board of the Buckeye Council of the Boy Scouts of America from 1995 to 1997 and was Boy Scout scoutmaster for 14 years. Mr. Finney still remains active with the local scout troop. He has been a board member, Sunday school teacher and finance committee chairman of the Moreland United Methodist Church.

Zellers is Chairman and President of K.W. Zellers & Son, Inc., a seasonal grower-packer-shipper of Arrow brand fresh salad vegetables located in Hartville, Ohio. He is a former trustee and first vice president of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, and he previously served as treasurer as well as representing Ohio on many committees for the American Farm Bureau Federation. He serves on the Stark County YMCA Board of Trustees and is a past president of The Leafy Greens Council. Zellers previously served on a board advisory committee for United Bank.

Davis is past president of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation. He served as a member of the Farm Bureau's board of trustees from 1989 until 1999. He served as first vice president of the board from 1994 until 1998. Davis is board chairman of South Central Power Co. and is a member of many agriculture organizations including the Ohio Corn Growers, Ohio Cattlemen's and Ohio Soybean associations.

Mr. Alphin owns and operates a 1200-acre farm in Mt. Olive, N.C. He taught agriculture business at James Sprunt Community College in Kenansville, N.C., for more than 22 years before retiring in 1994. He is the former board chairman of the Cape Fear Farm Credit Association, a member and former vice president, secretary/treasurer and director of the Duplin County Agribusiness Council, and a former board member of the Southern States Cooperative (1986 to 1993). Mr. Alphin is a member of the Duplin County Farm Bureau, the North Carolina Farm Bureau and the Farm Credit Council. He is a member and treasurer of the Oak Wolfe Fire Department and presently serves on the board of the North Carolina Small Grain Growers Association. A retired major in the North Carolina National Guard, he is a member of the U.S. and North Carolina national guard associations, the U.S. Reserve Officers Association, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He served in Operation Desert Storm in 1990-1991. Born in Duplin County, Mr. Alphin graduated from James Kenan High School in Warsaw, NC, and obtained a degree in biological and agricultural engineering in 1971 from North Carolina State University. He is a Sunday school teacher and longtime member of Bethel United Methodist Church.

Lydia M. Marshall has been a director of Nationwide Financial since February 1997, and a director of Nationwide Life and Nationwide Life and Annuity since May 2002. Ms. Marshall has been a director of Nationwide Mutual, Nationwide Mutual Fire and Nationwide Corporation since October 2001, and served as a director of Scottsdale Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Nationwide Mutual, from April 2001 to June 2006. She also serves as a trustee of Nationwide Foundation. Ms. Marshall has been a director of Seagate Technology, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of hard disc drives, since April 2004. Previously, she was founder, chair and Chief Executive Officer of Versura Inc., an internet-based service provider to financial institutions, colleges and universities, from October 1999 to August 2004. Ms. Marshall served as the Managing Director of Rockport Capital Incorporated, a provider of private equity funds for corporate ventures, from September 1997 to October 1999, and Executive Vice President Marketing of the Student Loan Marketing Association, or Sallie Mae, a provider of funds for educational loans, from July 1993 to September 1997. Prior to that time, Ms. Marshall held several positions with Sallie Mae and with Citicorp, a provider of banking and financial services.

Mr. Corcoran is owner/partner of Corcoran Farms, chief financial officer of 4C Ventures, LLC, and treasurer of Guardian Vault Services, Inc. He was a member of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation board of trustees from 1994 to 2001 and served as treasurer and first vice president. Mr. Corcoran is a member of the Ohio Soybean Association, Ross County, Ohio Cattlemen's Association, Ohio Corn Growers Association, The Ohio State University Alumni Association and National Association of Corporate Directors. He received his bachelor's of science in agricultural economics in 1980 from The Ohio State University.
