Dennis R. Jolicoeur joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President in July 1996. Mr. Jolicoeur served as a director of the Company from July 1996 until September 2006. From October 1993 to June 1996, Mr. Jolicoeur was a principal of Gardiner & Rauen, Inc., an investment-banking firm. In 1980 Mr. Jolicoeur founded Lighthouse Press, Inc. ("Lighthouse"), and actively managed Lighthouse until 1989. In 1993, Mr. Jolicoeur and other investors acquired Naiman Printing, Inc. ("Naiman"). Mr. Jolicoeur became President of each of Lighthouse and Naiman in August 1994 following the dismissal of the then-acting President of each company. Naiman and Lighthouse filed voluntary petitions under Chapters 7 and 11, respectively, of the federal bankruptcy code in September 1996. Lighthouse emerged from bankruptcy in March 1999, whereupon Mr. Jolicoeur resigned all positions with the company.

Steven Spitz, Vice President and General Counsel, joined the Company in November 2003. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Spitz was a partner at Riordan & McKinzie and later at Bingham McCutchen's Los Angeles office, where he focused primarily on litigation matters, including intellectual property disputes, unfair competition matters, complex litigation and general business disputes. While at both law firms, Mr. Spitz served as outside counsel to the Company from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Spitz is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law.

Chris Green is a graphic/packaging designer and art director for Natrol, Inc., a nutritional products company. He also does freelance graphic design and advertising work. His clients include Mattel, Inc., DirecTV, Inc., Herbalife, Disney Stores, the Los Angeles Conservancy and more. Green is an active member of the Los Angeles Conservancy's Modern Committee (ModCom), a volunteer group formed in 1984 in response to the rapid destruction of a generation of postwar buildings. The Modern Committee works to educate the public about the native Los Angeles architecture styles of the Modernism era, with a goal of preserving what is left in the city. Chris Green has provided graphic design for a number of ModCom's materials, including book designs for the How Modern Was My Valley tour (2000) and Built by Becket: A Tribute to the Architectural Designs of Welton Becket & Associates (2003). Chris was born in Dallas, Texas in 1967 and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of North Texas. He relocated to Los Angeles in 1996 and attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. Green lives in the Highland Park section of Los Angeles.

James R. Peters joined the Board of Directors in July 2006, and currently serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee. During his distinguished 35-year career in the audit practice of Ernst & Young, he worked with public and private companies in diverse industries. Mr. Peters served as a faculty member of the Directors' Certification Program at the Anderson School of Business of the University of California, Los Angeles, and as Advisory Board member of the Entrepreneurial Studies Program of the University of Southern California. He has been a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship, mergers and acquisitions, and audit committee best practices.
