Mr. Paulson is our founder and Chairman. He retired from employment with the Company on March 31, 2007. He was our Chief Executive Officer since our inception in 1983 until January 2007. Until August 2005 he was also President. Prior to 1983, Mr. Paulson served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Pickwick Distribution Companies, a distributor of records and tapes.
