Navistar International is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Navistar, Inc. and Navistar Financial Corp., Co. designs and manufactures diesel engines for the pickup truck, van, and sport utility vehicle markets, and provides truck and diesel engine service parts. Co. operates four segments: Truck, which manufactures and distributes class four to eight trucks and buses; Engine, which designs and manufactures diesel engines; Parts, which provides proprietary products and other standard truck, trailer, and engine service parts; and Financial Services, which provides retail, wholesale, and lease financing of products sold by its Truck segment and dealers within the U.S. and Mexico.
