As part of the senior management team, Richard Miller is responsible for spearheading business development in new markets. His initial focus includes international expansion and further development of NaviSys' property-casualty offerings. A former partner in Accenture's insurance practice, he brings more than 16 years of industry expertise structuring and delivering large-scale, technology-based business initiatives for leading insurance companies. Mr. Miller understands what is required to achieve operational excellence and realize transformational change. He holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University.

Today, as the senior executive on a number of key client relationships, Ronald Karam ensures that NaviSys' solutions meet with each client's unique business vision. Previously, Mr. Karam directed one of the NaviSys professional services organizations, served as senior vice president of business development, and headed the project management office. Prior to joining NaviSys, Mr. Karam held key project management and engineering positions at ITT, Digital Equipment and Xerox corporations. He holds a bachelor's degree from the New York Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson.

Thomas Famularo directs system development and solutions implementation for NaviSys products and client engagements. Under his technology leadership, NaviSys provides robust, platform-neutral, integrated solutions that solve the business challenges of insurers. Mr. Famularo's organization includes project management, business and actuarial analysis, system configuration, programming, quality assurance and technical support. Since joining NaviSys in 1995, Mr. Famularo has led the development of NaviSys Front OfficeTM; and directed the full integration of all NaviSys products. Previously, Mr. Famularo applied his technical expertise and management skills to programming, analyst and consulting positions at the Copeland Companies and Buck Consulting.
