Denis M. Cohen serves as our Executive Vice President. Mr. Cohen joined us as President, Europe in 1997 and has also served as our Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales for Europe and Japan and as our Executive Vice President, Sales Europe. From 1993 until 1997, Mr. Cohen was with Thomas-CSF as General Manager of Subsidiaries and Sales Offices Network Worldwide for Components Applications. Mr. Cohen holds an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale d'Electronique at Radio de Bordeaux and also holds degrees in physics and mathematics.

David B. Mullen serves as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining us in December 2002, he was Chief Financial Officer of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc., a healthcare technology firm, from August 1997 to September 2002. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Mullen was Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise Systems, a publicly-held healthcare software company. Earlier he held several top management positions with CCC Information Services, a software and information services company serving the insurance industry, and spent a number of years in the audit and systems consulting practices of Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Mullen holds a M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in statistics from Princeton University.

John K. MacLeod serves as our Executive Vice President, NAVTEQ Connected Services. Mr. MacLeod joined us in September 2000 as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales for North America and World Markets and also served as our Executive Vice President, Global Marketing and Strategy. From November 1999 until September 2000 he was an independent consultant. From January 1996 until November 1999, Mr. MacLeod was Senior Vice President-Development and Operations, Sony Retail Entertainment division of Sony Corporation of America, which division's principal business was location-based entertainment. Mr. MacLeod holds a M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard.

Clifford I. Fox serves as our Senior Vice President, NAVTEQ Map. Mr. Fox joined us in June 2000 and has served in several senior level positions including Vice President and General Manager Sales for In-Vehicle Applications and Vice President Global Product Management. Previously he worked for twenty three years at Honeywell. The last nine years was spent working in various senior management positions including Director of Sales, Marketing and Engineering for the Automotive Sensor business, Director of Business Development and Director of Customer Support. Mr. Fox holds a B.S. in Physics from Iowa State University.

Jeffrey L. Mize serves as our Senior Vice President, Vehicle Sales. Mr. Mize joined us in March 2001 as Sales Director, North America Vehicle Applications. In March 2003, he was promoted to Vice President and General Manager, Europe Vehicle Applications, and relocated to Frankfurt, Germany. In January 2006, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, Vehicle Sales. In 1986, Mr. Mize began his career at the MICRO SWITCH Division of Honeywell and held a variety of sales and marketing positions in the automotive OEM and industrial factory floor automation markets. In 1998, he joined C&K Systems, a manufacturer of electronic security equipment, as the Vice President of Sales and Operations for the Americas. In 1999, Honeywell acquired C&K and Mr. Mize re-joined Honeywell as a Vice President of Sales for the Security Division until joining NAVTEQ. Mr. Mize holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign.

Lawrence M. Kaplan serves as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Kaplan joined us in 1995 as our Director of Intellectual Property and became Vice President and General Counsel in January 2001 before being promoted to Senior Vice President in December 2004. Previously, he was an attorney in private practice with the law firm of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione. Mr. Kaplan holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.S. in general engineering from the University of Illinois.

Richard E. Shuman serves as our Senior Vice President, Asia-Pacific Sales. Mr. Shuman has been with us since 1987, and prior to his current position, Mr. Shuman held several other senior level positions, including General Manager, Vehicle Applications Europe, Senior Director, Automotive Business Development and Vice President, Asia-Pacific Sales. Mr. Shuman joined us from Cellular Business Systems Inc., where he was Vice President of Operations from 1984 to 1987. Prior to that, he was Regional Manager for SEI Information Technology. Mr. Shuman holds a B.A. in performance music from Roosevelt University.

Mr. Chris Rothey is advising GreenLink in its development of a wireless and location based services strategy and product offering. Chris is Vice President of Connected Markets at NAVTEQ, the world's leading provider of digital maps. In this role, Chris is responsible for expanding NAVTEQ's data services and interactive content solutions, while implementing flexible business models for cross-platform advertising. As a result, Chris manages all business development, product management, and product marketing for the dynamic content and solutions NAVTEQ provides to its customers. While at Traffic.com, Chris helped to create the original business plan, worked in the design of many of its products and services and for the three and a half years before Traffic.com was acquired by NAVTEQ, he served as its Chief Operationing Officer. In that role, Chris was instrumental in completing rounds of financing, taking the company public on the NASDAQ, and eventually its sale to NAVTEQ. Chris served for five years in the United States Navy as a nuclear-trained submarine officer. He holds a M.Sc and B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.Sc in Finance from the Wharton School.

Denise M. Doyle serves as our Vice President, Business Affairs. Ms. Doyle has been with us since 1999 and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Business Affairs organization. Prior to joining us, Ms. Doyle held corporate strategy and product management positions at Miller Brewing Company, America Online, Inc. and Wilton Industries, Inc. Ms. Doyle holds a B.A. degree in international studies from St. Norbert College.

Kelly A. Smith serves as Vice President, Corporate Marketing. Ms. Smith joined the company in 2001, with increasing marketing responsibilities over time. Prior to joining NAVTEQ, Ms. Smith headed Corporate Marketing, reporting to the CEO, at Donnelly Corporation, an automotive supplier. Previously, she held marketing and advertising positions at DMB&B and Leo Burnett Company. Ms. Smith holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.

M. Salahuddin Khan serves as our Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Strategy. Mr. Khan joined us in 1998 as Vice President, OEM Marketing and also served as our Senior Vice President, Technology & Development and Chief Technology Officer. Previously Mr. Khan was at Computervision Corporation for nearly twenty years, most recently as Vice President, Research and Product Development. Mr. Khan holds a B.S. in aeronautics and astronautics from the University of Southampton.

Christopher Galvin is chairman and cofounder of Harrison Street Capital LLC; Chairman of NAVTEQ, a $4 billion market cap company and leading supplier of global digital mapping databases; and former chairman and CEO of Motorola Inc. Mr. Galvin is a member of the Bechtel Corporation's Board of Counselors, the Executive Committee of Northwestern University's Board of Trustees; the American Enterprise Institute Board, the Legion D'honneur, Business Council (US), the American Society of Corporate Executives, an Advisor to the City of Tianjin, China and to Hong Kong, an Advisor to the Searle Family Trusts and the Board of the Chicago Council of Global Affairs. Mr. Galvin is a former chairman of the US-China Business Council; a director of the Rand Corporation and a member of the US Department of Defense Science Board. Mr. Galvin has also co-founded The Galvin Projects in 2004, a virtual global think tank; Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC in 2005, a $200m private equity fund established to invest in the specialty real estate categories of medical office buildings, parking, storage, student housing and senior housing in the U.S.; and Gore Creek Asset Management LLC in 2005, a large capital investment company, utilizing and managing global investment managers. Activities in early stage high technology ventures and the formation of a privately held multi-business conglomerate will be added in the 2007-2008 timeframe. After serving the company for over 36 years, Mr. Galvin retired from Motorola as chairman and CEO in 2004. In his later years at Motorola, Mr. Galvin successfully lead the $27 billion revenue company through a grueling global restructuring process that reduced its breakeven cost by +25 percentage points over 2.5 years while at the same time investing heavily in new product development including the completion of the innovative design of Motorola's RAZR cellular phone, (a 4-year development program). During Mr. Galvin's tenure as an executive of Motorola and serving in the Office of the CEO, Motorola inspired or enabled the cable modem, the Nextel service, GPS Navigation plus Telematics and was China's largest foreign investor.

William L. Kimsey , 66, has served as a Director since April 2003. Mr. Kimsey was employed for 32 years through September 2002 with the independent public accounting firm Ernst & Young L.L.P. From 1998 through 2002, Mr. Kimsey served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ernst & Young Global and Global Executive Board member of Ernst & Young and from 1993 through 1998 as the Firm Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Kimsey also serves on the board of Western Digital Corporation, Parsons Corporation and Accenture Ltd. Mr. Kimsey serves on the audit committees of Accenture Ltd. and Western Digital Corporation. Mr. Kimsey is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Dirk-Jan van Ommeren has served as a member of our board of directors since March 1999. Mr. van Ommeren is also the Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors of Oranje-Nassau Groep B.V. Previously, Mr. van Ommeren was the Managing Director of Oranje-Nassau Groep B.V. from 1996 to 1999. Mr. van Ommeren has also held management positions with Amsterdam Investeringsbank, N.V., Westland/Utrecht Hypotheekbank N.V. and Amsterdam-Rotterdam Bank N.V. Mr. van Ommeren also holds positions with VVAA Groep B.V. (member of the Supervisory Board) and Stallergenes S.A. (member of the Supervisory Board).

Richard J. A. de Lange has served as a member of our board of directors since June 1996 and served as Chairman of the board of directors from October 1999 to October 2004. He joined Philips Electronics Nederland B.V. in 1970 and held various positions of increasing responsibility within Philips until June 2002. Mr. de Lange was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the board of management of Philips Electronics Nederland B.V. from October 1998 to June 2002. Beginning September 2003, Mr. de Lange has served as an advisor to the Board of United Pan-Europe Communications Inc. From March 1996 until September 2003, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of United Pan-Europe Communications N.V. Mr. de Lange is also Chairman of the Dutch Society of Industry and Commerce and Acting Chairman of EnergieNed, the Federation of Energy Companies in The Netherlands.
