Amreesh Modi serves as our Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Before joining us in December 2006, he held a number of senior positions at Motorola, Inc., most recently as Vice President, Integrated Communications Solutions. Before Motorola, Mr. Modi was at Bell Laboratories for nearly 15 years in various product management and engineering positions. Mr. Modi holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat University in India, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

David B. Mullen serves as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining us in December 2002, he was Chief Financial Officer of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc., a healthcare technology firm, from August 1997 to September 2002. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Mullen was Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise Systems, a publicly-held healthcare software company. Earlier he held several top management positions with CCC Information Services, a software and information services company serving the insurance industry, and spent a number of years in the audit and systems consulting practices of Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Mullen holds a M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in statistics from Princeton University.

Jeffrey L. Mize serves as our Executive Vice President, NAVTEQ Sales. Mr. Mize joined us in March 2001 as Sales Director, North America Vehicle Applications. In March 2003, he was promoted to Vice President and General Manager, Europe Vehicle Applications, and relocated to Frankfurt, Germany. In January 2006, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, Vehicle Sales. Mr. Mize was then promoted to Executive Vice President, NAVTEQ Sales in January 2008. In 1986, Mr. Mize began his career at the MICRO SWITCH Division of Honeywell and held a variety of sales and marketing positions in the automotive OEM and industrial factory floor automation markets. In 1998, he joined C&K Systems, a manufacturer of electronic security equipment, as the Vice President of Sales and Operations for the Americas. In 1999, Honeywell acquired C&K and Mr. Mize re-joined Honeywell as a Vice President of Sales for the Security Division until joining NAVTEQ. Mr. Mize holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign.

John K. MacLeod serves as our Executive Vice President, NAVTEQ Connected Services. Mr. MacLeod joined us in September 2000 as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales for North America and World Markets and also served as our Executive Vice President, Global Marketing and Strategy. From November 1999 until September 2000 he was an independent consultant. From January 1996 until November 1999, Mr. MacLeod was Senior Vice President-Development and Operations, Sony Retail Entertainment division of Sony Corporation of America, which division's principal business was location-based entertainment. Mr. MacLeod holds a M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard.

Lawrence M. Kaplan serves as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Kaplan joined us in 1995 as our Director of Intellectual Property and became Vice President and General Counsel in January 2001 before being promoted to Senior Vice President in December 2004 and Executive Vice President in January 2008. Previously, he was an attorney in private practice with the law firm of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione. Mr. Kaplan holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.S. in general engineering from the University of Illinois.

Christine C. Moore serves as our Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Moore joined us in June 2000. Ms. Moore was promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources in January 2008. Previously, Ms. Moore was with The Walt Disney Company for almost 30 years, most recently as Director, Communications and Special Projects, for the Chairman of Disney s Theme Parks and Resorts Division. During her career with Disney, Ms. Moore held a variety of positions including General Manager, Human Resources, for the Disneyland Paris project, and Manager of Administration and Personnel for the Walt Disney World Resorts. Ms. Moore holds a Masters degree from the Crummer School of Business and a B.A. in both English and history from Marshall University.

Clifford I. Fox serves as our Senior Vice President, NAVTEQ Map. Mr. Fox joined us in June 2000 and has served in several senior level positions including Vice President and General Manager Sales for In-Vehicle Applications and Vice President Global Product Management. Previously he worked for twenty three years at Honeywell. The last nine years was spent working in various senior management positions including Director of Sales, Marketing and Engineering for the Automotive Sensor business, Director of Business Development and Director of Customer Support. Mr. Fox holds a B.S. in Physics from Iowa State University.

Denise M. Doyle serves as our Senior Vice President, Business Affairs. Ms. Doyle has been with us since 1999 and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Business Affairs organization. Ms. Doyle was promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Affairs in January 2008. Prior to joining us, Ms. Doyle held corporate strategy and product management positions at Miller Brewing Company, America Online, Inc. and Wilton Industries, Inc. Ms. Doyle holds a B.A. degree in international studies from St. Norbert College.

Richard E. Shuman serves as our Senior Vice President, Asia-Pacific Sales. Mr. Shuman has been with us since 1987, and prior to his current position, Mr. Shuman held several other senior level positions, including General Manager, Vehicle Applications Europe, Senior Director, Automotive Business Development and Vice President, Asia-Pacific Sales. Mr. Shuman joined us from Cellular Business Systems Inc., where he was Vice President of Operations from 1984 to 1987. Prior to that, he was Regional Manager for SEI Information Technology. Mr. Shuman holds a B.A. in performance music from Roosevelt University.

Mr. Chris Rothey is advising GreenLink in its development of a wireless and location based services strategy and product offering. Chris is Vice President of Connected Markets at NAVTEQ, the world's leading provider of digital maps. In this role, Chris is responsible for expanding NAVTEQ's data services and interactive content solutions, while implementing flexible business models for cross-platform advertising. As a result, Chris manages all business development, product management, and product marketing for the dynamic content and solutions NAVTEQ provides to its customers. While at Traffic.com, Chris helped to create the original business plan, worked in the design of many of its products and services and for the three and a half years before Traffic.com was acquired by NAVTEQ, he served as its Chief Operationing Officer. In that role, Chris was instrumental in completing rounds of financing, taking the company public on the NASDAQ, and eventually its sale to NAVTEQ. Chris served for five years in the United States Navy as a nuclear-trained submarine officer. He holds a M.Sc and B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.Sc in Finance from the Wharton School.

M. Salahuddin Khan serves as our Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Strategy. Mr. Khan joined us in 1998 as Vice President, OEM Marketing and also served as our Senior Vice President, Technology & Development and Chief Technology Officer. Previously Mr. Khan was at Computervision Corporation for nearly twenty years, most recently as Vice President, Research and Product Development. Mr. Khan holds a B.S. in aeronautics and astronautics from the University of Southampton.

John was newly elected to the Park Board this April 2009. He will be serving as the Chairperson for the Planning Committee and will also serve on the Finance and Personnel and Recreation Committees. As a Board Member, John is looking to use his financial background and project management experience to create a financially sound plan to renew and revitalize our parks in Lansing. He would also like to open the lines of communication to the community and expand services and programs that the community is looking for. John is currently employed with NAVTEQ, as a Senior R&D Project Manager. He has over 10 years of project management experience running hundreds of projects for many of Chicago's Fortune 500 companies. He received his MBA in Fiance from DePaul University and his Bachelors in Applied Computer Science and Industrial Technology from Illinois State University. John is currently presiding as the President of the Magic Tree Resort Board of Directors. He continues to serve the community not only as a Park District Commissioner but an active coach in football and volleyball as well as his past participation on the Little League Board of Directors, Lansing Flood Committee, and manager/coach in baseball, softball and basketball. He has been married for 18 years to Lisa, and they have 4 children: Elyse (16), Sean (15), Erin (13) and Shannon (12).

Dirk-Jan van Ommeren has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 1999. Mr. van Ommeren is also the Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors of Oranje-Nassau Groep B.V. Previously, Mr. van Ommeren was the Managing Director of Oranje-Nassau Groep B.V. from 1996 to 1999. Mr. van Ommeren has also held management positions with Amsterdam Investeringsbank N.V., Westland/Utrecht Hypotheekbank N.V. and Amsterdam-Rotterdam Bank N.V. Mr. van Ommeren also holds positions with VVAA Groep B.V. (member of the Supervisory Board), Stallergenes S.A. (member of the Supervisory Board), AVR Lux (Director) and Stahl Holding B.V.(Director).

Dirk-Jan van Ommeren has served as a member of our board of directors since March 1999. Mr. van Ommeren is also the Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors of Oranje-Nassau Groep B.V. Previously, Mr. van Ommeren was the Managing Director of Oranje-Nassau Groep B.V. from 1996 to 1999. Mr. van Ommeren has also held management positions with Amsterdam Investeringsbank, N.V., Westland/Utrecht Hypotheekbank N.V. and Amsterdam-Rotterdam Bank N.V. Mr. van Ommeren also holds positions with VVAA Groep B.V. (member of the Supervisory Board) and Stallergenes S.A. (member of the Supervisory Board).

Richard J. A. de Lange has served as a member of our board of directors since June 1996 and served as Chairman of the board of directors from October 1999 to October 2004. He joined Philips Electronics Nederland B.V. in 1970 and held various positions of increasing responsibility within Philips until June 2002. Mr. de Lange was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the board of management of Philips Electronics Nederland B.V. from October 1998 to June 2002. Beginning September 2003, Mr. de Lange has served as an advisor to the Board of United Pan-Europe Communications Inc. From March 1996 until September 2003, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of United Pan-Europe Communications N.V. Mr. de Lange is also Chairman of the Dutch Society of Industry and Commerce and Acting Chairman of EnergieNed, the Federation of Energy Companies in The Netherlands.
