Jean Paul Michel joined NBS in 2004 as Product Manager (Smart Card Manufacturing Products) for our Rousset (France) operation and was promoted to Business Unit Manager in June 2006. Under his leadership, NBS is continually strengthening its position in the Smart Card Manufacturing and Wafer Packing/Handling industry. Prior to joining NBS, Mr. Michel held positions of increased responsibilities with Cybernetix Microelectronique Rousset a microelectronics manufacturing equipment supplier. He was also a project manager at Cybernetix SA Marseille a leader in innovation and industrial robotic applications, and at Thomson Sintra Underwater Activities specialists in sonar for military applications. Mr. Michel is an outdoor sports enthusiast (mountain biking, cycling, and moto crossing). He holds several degrees: BAC E and DEUG A.. He is also an Engineer graduate of Compiegne University-UTC in mechanics and holds a DEA in Acoustics and Industrial Vibrations from Provence University.

Philip was appointed General Manager, Javelin Business Unit in 2006 and is responsible for all aspects of the Javelin card printer operations based in the UK and in Minneapolis , USA. Philip joined NBS in 1991 as Banking Services Manager, and has held several, ever increasingly key, positions within NBS including EMEA Marketing Director and International Sales Director and was responsible for the launch of the new Javelin OEM card printer line in 1997. Philip has professional qualifications in accountancy (member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and marketing (Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing). Much of his career prior to joining NBS was spent within the Midland Bank Group (now HSBC), including new product development roles in the travellers cheque and credit card divisions; during this time he was project manager of the UK 's very first live smart card trial way back in 1983.

George E. Myhal (1956) has served as a director of Imagine since its inception in 2000. Mr. Myhal is Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Imagine's parent company, Brookfield Asset Management (NYSE: BAM) and has primary responsibility for strategic planning and business development. Mr. Myhal has held a number of senior positions within Brookfield since joining the company in 1981 and has been instrumental in the development and growth of Brookfield's asset management business. He holds directorships in the following public companies: NBS Technologies Inc., MediSolution Ltd., Royal LePage Financial Services Fund and GLP NT Corporation. Mr. Myhal is also Chair of the Dean's Advisory Board, Faculty of Applied Science at the University of Toronto, a member of that University's Governing Council and a director of Harbourfront Centre in Toronto, Canada.

Olumide Joseph Ajayi is a native of Ilesha East Local Government Area of Osun State, Nigeria. He was born to the family of Pa. Samuel Sunday and Mrs. Grace Bolatito Ajayi in Ilorin, Kwara State, in the year 1973. He had is primary education in Kwara Technology Staff School in Ilorin and his secondary education at both Kwara Polytechnic Secondary School and Bishop Smith Memorial College, both in Ilorin Kwara State, Nigeria. He then started a career in Engineering with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State and an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Engineering from the University of Ibadan (Consultancy Services Unit), Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. He had worked various firms, among which are Prestige World Yola, Adamawa State, Slooda Investments, Lagos State, Impactkom Technologies, Lagos State, SAGEM/DNCR, Osun State and in Abuja the Federal Capital Territory. He is presently working as a QA/QC Inspector with NBS Technologies, Paramus New-Jersey. He is the author of "The Internet Simplified" a very straight forward book on how to learn the internet skills. He is a member of the Winners World and an ardent believer of Jesus Christ. Olumide is married to his 'SweetestHeart' - Titilayo Ajayi and blessed with a 'SweetGirl' Mercy, they live in Elizabeth, New Jersey, USA.
