Terri Dial is Chief Executive Officer of Citi Consumer Banking North America. In this role, she is responsible for retail banking, consumer finance, consumer lending, and small- to mid-size commercial banking from the most recognized brands in financial services -- Citibank, CitiFinancial, CitiFinancial Auto, CitiMortgage, and Women & Co.
