Andrew Thompson, Accountant. Mr. Thompson received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2004. He started his career as an administrative assistant during PFT's relocation to San Francisco in the summer of 2005. After a short duration, working as an accounts payable auditor, Mr. Thompson returned to PFT full-time. He is currently working towards his CPA license.

Dr. Brown is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon. He graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his orthopaedic residency at the Naval Hospital in Oakland, California. Dr. Brown was the Chief of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and team physician at the United States Naval Academy for two years before moving to Omaha. Serving as clinical associate professor of orthopaedic surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Dr. Brown directs the sports medicine rotation for the orthopaedic surgery residents at the Nebraska Orthopaedic Hospital and is the team physician for the Omaha Beef, professional indoor football team. Dr. Brown has written numerous publications, is currently on the editorial board of the American Journal of Orthopaedics, and was co-editor for Orthopedic Secrets, 3rd edition, published by Hanley and Belfus in 2005.
Eric Phillips, M.D. is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and completed his residency at the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Phillips then went on to complete his fellowship training at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. A board certified orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Phillips is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeon, Mid-Central States Orthopaedic Society, Nebraska Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Nebraska Medical Association and the Metropolitan Omaha Medical Society. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Phillips is originally from Philadelphia and moved to Nebraska in 1991 to begin his private practice and in 1993, became one of the original partners of the Nebraska Spine Center.

Dr. Crabb has completed research and a fellowship in bone and mineral research at the University of Rochester, Department of Orthopaedics. He is a graduate of New York University School of Medicine and recipient of the Siegal Award for Academic Excellence. Dr. Crabb served as staff hand surgeon and Director of Knee Surgery at the San Diego Naval Medical Center. His research in "randomized, prospective comparison of ACL reconstructions using bone-patella-bone with endostrand hamstrings" resulted in the Kirk Award for best original research from the Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons. He served as Department Head in Orthopaedics at the Navy Hospital in Naples, Italy. His publications and presentations have taken him throughout the U.S.
Dr. Canedy is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and has been in private practice since 1988. He holds several board and leadership positions in the healthcare industry and community. His commitment to providing innovative solutions to healthcare delivery and practice management has led the way for PPA to grow and meet the needs of more and more practices. Dr. Canedy also launched SimplyWell, an online application to provide appropriate healthcare and health management solutions to organizations and their employees.

Nicholas Bruggeman, M.D., is a board eligible orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Bruggeman attended University of Nebraska at Lincoln for his undergraduate degree. Dr. Bruggeman earned his medical degree with high distinction from University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed his orthopaedic residency at The Mayo Clinic, in Rochester Minnesota, then completed a sub-specialty fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at The Indiana Hand Center in Indianapolis. Dr. Neumann completed a fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery in Columbus, Ohio, at Joint Implant Surgery. He has authored numerous presentations and publications covering all aspects of injured joints. Dr. Neumann and Dr. Brown have co-edited Orthopedic Secrets, 3rd edition, published by Hanley and Belfus, 2005. Dr. Neumann was born and raised in Omaha and attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He is one of the team orthopaedic specialists for the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Dana College. Certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Neumann lectures on many topics relating to knee and hip replacements, joint injuries, arthritis, surgical techniques, treatment and prevention. Todd Sekundiak, M.D. is an assistant professor of orthopaedic surgery at Creighton University Medical Center and earned his medical degree in 1987 from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba. He did his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia and an arthroplasty fellowship at the Arizona Centre for Joint Replacement in Phoenix and Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke's and Central DuPage Hospitals in Chicago. Since then, he has served as an assistant professor in the department of surgery at the University of Manitoba, medical director of the Manitoba Rotary Bone and Tissue Bank, head of the Subsection Adult Hip and Knee Canadian Medical Association, examiner of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and assistant Professor in the department of orthopaedic surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Dr. Walsh completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship in 1976 at the Hughston Orthopaedic Clinic in Columbus, Georgia. The Hughston Clinic is home not only to one of the first Sports Medicine Fellowships ever established, but also to the first fully dedicated Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Hospital in the nation. In 1980, Dr. Walsh came to Omaha to start the Sports Medicine Program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He directed that program until 1990 when he became one of the original partners in the Sports Medicine Center. The partners in that practice ultimately became the nucleus of the current group, OrthoWest, P.C. Dr. Walsh has also been team orthopaedic surgeon for all of the teams at the University of Nebraska-Omaha since 1980. Dr. Walsh has been board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery since 1977. An active member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, he has served on numerous committees and was the author of "Prevention and Treatment of Little League Baseball and Softball Injuries," a national safety course developed for Little League Baseball, Inc., by the Society. Dr. Walsh has also been a member of the International Knee Society and editorial board member for the American Journal of Sports Medicine, the nation's leading sports medicine journal.
