Charles Lea brings 25 years of retail experience to the company as CFO. Charles has served as Controller, CFO, and Director of Operations for several retailers both national chains and large regional chains. Most recently Charles served six years as CFO and Director of Operations with an international web-based retailer. Charles brings his background in Finance and Operations to NEST Family EntertainmentTM to oversee the Finance, Distribution, IT, Human Resources and Sales Support of the company. Charles has a BBA in Accounting and a MBA from Texas A & M Commerce. He has been a CPA for 25 years. He resides with his family in suburban Dallas/Fort Worth.

Reg Grant is Lauren's husband and Dad to Rosalyn, Gabe, and Nick. He serves as Professor of Pastoral Ministries at Dallas Theological Seminary where he teaches courses in preaching, drama, voice, and creative writing. He has authored and co-authored several books and articles, and has written, produced and acted for radio, television, theater, and film. Several of his films have won major film festival awards, two have been voted "Top Educational Film in America" by Booklist, two have been nominated for Emmys, and one has won an Emmy. His newest book is a historical novel entitled "STORM: the Life and Times of Martin Luther." He currently hosts the radio programs "Another Story" and "The Nite Brite Kid's Club" and is also the reader for "Page Turner Radio Theater" and "First Edition", radio programs featuring selections from Christian novels as well as non-fiction pieces. His programs air internationally.

Mr. Morgado has been a director of Activision since February 1997 and currently serves as chairperson of both the Compensation Committee and the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Morgado is Chairman of Maroley Media Group, a media entertainment investment company he established in 1995. He previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Warner Music Group, Inc. from 1985 to 1995. Mr. Morgado serves on the boards of directors of the Maui Arts & Cultural Center and New Milford Hospital in Connecticut. He is also a member of the board of managers of Nest Top, LLC, the controlling shareholder of Nest Family and Nest Learning Systems, a children's entertainment company. Mr. Morgado holds a B.A. degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu and an M.P.A. degree from The State University of New York.
